I thought it was due for a July release? While we're at it what does the DVD box version need? a vanilla Lock On 1.0 or a Flaming Cliffs 1.1 install?

No I don't have the salvo mode on.. I did a reinstall and it happens again. I also tried it on the Su-27 & all the other aircraft, it does occur to them to. I turned on the unlimited ammo option to see how often it occurs. Turns out to be random sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Up to 5 missiles leave a pylon at the same time~~ I'm thinking my joystick is to blame now, but the troubling button 3 & 4 doesn't flicker when in the calibration page.. I wish the DVD version of FC2 goes out already. I read that in FC2 you have to press your pickle button for a while in order to release your weapon.

Ok.. this might be more of an "archive" type of inquiry since I know most of you people are already in Flaming Cliffs 2.0 Anyway, this problem of mine occurs in Lock On 1.12b when using the F-15 I was wondering if you experienced a problem wherein two of your missiles leaves the rail or pylon at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME when you fire against your target. This is really annoying because it wastes your missiles and could kill you as well when they collide and detonate a few feet from your jet. I was wondering if there's a fix for this or I need re-install Lock On? Thanks~ and i doubt it's my joystick, as I don't experience problems like this when using it in other games.

I replaced this one 2 times when i got mine. The first one had a problem with Pots after 2 weeks of use. It had spiky X/Y-axis and centering issues in the joystick calibration page.. I went back to the store and replaced it with another one.. then after 2+ weeks, the new joystick developed the same problem. I don't know.. maybe i'm just unlucky. It feels solid though, compared to the flimsy lightness of the ST290. The software that comes with it seems nifty too. Though one thing is for sure.. never again would i go back to a logitech joystick.. ^

Saitek ST290 for me.. I've been using mine since 2008 though the potentiometers seem to have degrade as time goes by.. but still usable. Though i wish to invest on a HOTAS, provided i have enough funds and my Computer Table could support one (mine's an old design only able to accommodate a keyboard & mouse..)

Those deliciously sharp pictures he gathered and shared. anyway, moving on>> EDIT: Ok I found out you're were trying to be funny, my sense of humor had failed lol ^ :doh: One thing's for sure, the photographer who takes pics of these JASDF aircraft is surely dedicated ~ day or night, rain or shine, all Japan SDF aircraft. and must be skilled too, yielding those very sharp & clear pics ..or maybe it's just the camera^ bleh i'm clueless about photography.

I posted a query like this in the past and got an answer that the F-15s' wings where the cause of the aircraft always wanting to pitch up.. something like Positive Cambering of it's wings.. maybe ED modeled that too.

I seem to have better FPS now with Gys/Valery's F-15 than the previous Walmis Eagle.. ^ ^ but not as smooth as with the 3GO Flanker. That's why it's a must have for me even though i never fly the Su-27 So Gys/Valery's for me.. ^^ but hey, the Walmis F-15 will be a memorable one as i have spent many hours of fun using that very first, 3rd party model for the Eagle :)

How do i edit the alpha channel? I'm using photoshop cs2

I made the skin out of the Template released for this model. Then i used an existing slot namely the "173th FW ANG Oregon skin"

Sorry for the noob question but how do i make the pilot name stencils & squadron emblems transparent? Deleting their files would cause the skin to have odd white squares..

iirc it's a limitation.. Missiles attached on the right fuselage points will always have their attaching hooks showing on the opposite sides instead of being inside the fuselage.. As for the ones attached on the wing pylons it shouldn't be... that's odd.. Maybe you could try installing Gys F-15 model to see whether it'll correct the missile positions. I dunno if that has been fixed in Flaming Cliffs 2.0 though.. since i'm still using 1.12b.. waiting for the boxed version^

Why do F-15Js have those bursting jet of flames out of their nozzles during take offs?... i see videos of that instances most of the time. Also, anyone knows what that bump on the J Eagle's fuselage is for?

I'm curious, why do Russian combat aircraft, even the most modern ones like this still rely heavily on drogue chutes upon landing? Do their brakes overheat quickly or something? Just straight answers please, no joking or sarcasms around ;)

Still stuck with the ancient 1.12b while waiting for the boxed version.. At least I also have the beautiful Eagle model ^
