To be honest, I always thought the sound in question was supposed to simulate the rapid air movement. These birds were not well insulated for noise. Thoughts?

Stellar, to say the least- bring on the Normandy map!

Kind of a shame they converted it into a trainer- really ruins its iconic looks, but I suppose having the extra seat will allow them to charge for joyrides to cover that repair cost.

Hey everyone- Just purchased the Spit (and loving it), but I can't seem to get my head around how the airspeed indicator is read. Usually I'm adept at puzzles, but this gauge makes no sense to me. Could someone break it down for me? :huh:

I fail to see why this is such a point of contention- can someone please provide me some insight? why were the wings even clipped? seems like the defacement of a perfectly good aircraft. :huh:
