Man that was fun. I normally fly P-51 but jumping in the BF 109 is a blast shooting at live flyers (Even though they are my squad-mates) is a real hoot. Flying escort to protect bombers keep you on the edge until bombers are safely back. Thanks Shahdoh.

Ed is trying to make the multiplayer as fair as it can be done. I love mods and use but I know there are some who enjoy more on how much they can cheat. I appreciate what Wags is trying to do here. Put the pitchforks down and lets see how this will eventual play out. I am sure they will tweak this to make the community ok with it. Will it make 100% happy. That can never be achieved on any topic.

Thanks Markindel. When I flew it had no problems keeping it straight. Just some rudder and taps of brakes. Also stick in gut to apply wheel lock. I did feel real heavy on takeoff and landing. Are the flaps working on this? I will test some more.

For me hitting ok in any options tab gives me black screen. Ok edited my options lua like suggested in my user folder and i went to VR tab and now it is unchecked. Now hitting ok does not lock.

If you are a WW2 buff this is going to be fun. It is amazing what Shahdoh can do from what DCS has to offer. It is more enjoyable to fly against humans then AI. Cant wait to kick this off.

DCS World Update News This Friday we hope to release 1.5.4 into the open beta. If after a week we see no blocking bugs in the 1.5.4 open beta, we will move it to the public build the following Friday. Once 1.5.4 is released to the public build, we plan to release the F-86F / MiG-15bis 3rd party campaign. Following the update of DCS World 1.5, we will shift our focus back to DCS 2.0 for the next update. Yes 2.0 getting some love in two weeks. lol

I hope to see different modules updated with fixes.

Time to grab a cup of coffee something to eat and wait for 1.54 patch. I hope a lot of modules get their fixes in. I guess 2.0 won't get patch until the wizard of Oz sends us the ultimate 2.5 merge.

You want to talk about navigation. We used that in Il2 taking off of a carrier in the middle of an ocean. Taking out objective then had to fly back and find a moving carrier with no land in sight. It can be done.
