  1. Oh, I forgot: And please make the canopy appear clearer from the outside like in more recent modules, it looks like a soap bubble!
  2. +1! Sharp livery! My pic from 2018:
  3. Nobody has a wish? Then I will start. The Dora is one of the oldest WW2 aircraft in DCS. This bird was the reason I paid Kickstarter money in 2014. But that is nearly a decade ago. DCS has evolved a lot. And the older modules are a little bit left behind. My wish: Do not overhaul only the Allied WW2 aircraft. Think also of the fans of the German stuff. More clickable solutions (like for example the safety lever on the stick, the 109 has it), better optics etc. And the pilot would look much better with correct net flight cap and correct late war goggles, a jacket according to 1944/45 and please, please remove the Knights Cross, there were only few KC holders flying the Dora in the last months of the war. Looks silly when every squadron pilot in a flight has this decoration. Isn't worth the effort? Then look what Heatblur does with the flight crew of the Phantom and how the DCS players like it ... there are often the small things which make the difference between good and WOW! My five cents.
  4. I never got an overheating with the Fw 190D but once, when I forgot to disengage the MW-50. In combat I fly with full throttle and only use the MW-50 for short times to close in to the enemy. P-47s or P-51s are no match for the Dora, I can win a turn fight against a Pony using t/o flaps. Spits are a problem, they turn tighter but are slower. I can leave the fight whenever I want and try to get a better position. Or just run away and survive. The Dora is superior if You handle it right. But I admit that all the guys I flew with in MP are preferring the Kurfürst in dogfights. I do not.
  7. Blue Skies & Nickel on the Grass, Don, also here in this forum!

    Bombers!

It would also be nice to overwork the initial modules like the Fw 190D ... they are not up to date to DCS standards anymore.
  9. Ich hab bei Heatblur direkt geordert. Preiswerter kommt man doch gar nicht an schicke T-Shirts!
  10. I'm in! I'm in! But I already pre-ordered the F-4 ...
