** UPDATE: F-14 Flight Model - Episode I - "The Basics" **
Pasquale1986 replied to Cobra847's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
I have to quote a famous german movie to express my feelings: "Is dat geil!!!" -
On the other hand the Mig-29 export model is in use by most of these countries and a huge number of other countries world wide, too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Mikoyan_MiG-29_operators Still i would love to get a DCS-level Mig-29 and -23 doesn't matter, who it is developed by

Maybe one day we'll get at least the export version as a high fidelity module

VIRPIL Controls on Amazon!
Pasquale1986 replied to Cyph3r's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Just one stupid question: Does this mean EU-Customers will be able to order from every Amazon-EU-site like amazon.de or amazon.co.uk or amazon.nl? Sorry again if this is super stupid and thx for the answer in advance! Cheers -

Awesome news Cyph3r! Consider me a costumer:thumbup: -
Maybe the tactical manuals might help there: http://aviationarchives.blogspot.de/2016/05/av-8-harrier-tactical-manuals.html?m=1

Thanks for the clarification guys - my bad!
-
Wait, did i miss something? I would expect avionics to be modeled to DCS-module level. How do you know that sensors are not fully modeled and integrated - that would be a huge downside…

That logo in the lower left corner looks promising :D

New pics look awesome

More Carrier Ops from RB ;-)
-
I would assume it's ingame because they just said "Latest AV-8B NA development.."
-
Some new stuff from their facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/RazbamSims/posts/1435642413189059 - since nobody posted it ;-)

Exactly! And back to the OP i think it would be great if we can not only choose the gender of our own character but if the current era campaigns and AI would reflect the actual proportion of female and male armed forces members

Hey guys, here are my 2 cents: I think in MP this comes down to the old question "Is DCS a simulater or a game?" Which leads to the next question "Do we need to balance the Turkey and Jester in MP?" IMHO every server has to answer both questions for themselves. They define the experience that will be created on that particular server. I would like to remind the "only player vs. player is the real deal"-faction that there are virtual pilots here that will need Jester because the weekly timeframe to fly online sorties is so damn tight and depends on work and family that there is simply no way you can coordinate flying with friends and rotate as suggested here. I speak for myself here. Honestly i have no idea if i will be out of the office today at 7:30 pm or 9 pm. That leads to the next point: For me Jester will be absolutely necessary to have a realistic experience flying the turkey while i learn the module in SP. There i can dictate timeframe and time of flying. Everything else would be impossible for me and switching between back and front seat would kill the experience because thar is totally unrealistic. That's i am so thankful heatblur put's the time into Jester. Without Jester the module would get highly unattractive to every virtual pilot who is not able to fly in an organized community. In the end these communities can always limited there Servers tho player only and everyone will be happy i think and they all lived happily ever after… But all of that is just my highly personal perception of that topic

I think it will be very interesting to see what "Jester" - the AI F-14 RIO - Heatblur will install in their Tomcat will act like. If that works and Jester performs comparable to a human RIO then there will be a lot of options for things like B-1B's and B-52H's. I don't know if you could transcript that 1on1 to a B-17G or a B-29. But it seems at least possible
