Yup! Me too -
Nice one. Maybe a bomber module would be a nice possibility to start giving ECM mechanics some love then. Thanks for the clarification Art-J
-
I hope that will change since Silver Dragon lists Vietnam Era as "planned"
-
Whats interesting is Silver Dragon's Roadmap-Thread regarding the F-16 und the F-15: Just to clarify: I cut out some stuff within the quote to just show the relevant data. According to Silver Dragon, ED is already working on the F-16C and the F-15E is marked as planned by Razbam. Cheers :music_whistling:

Awesome MikeMikeJuliet and many thanks for the heads up  That might be a precedent - the one way or the other. The project looks promising but very ambitious as well - hope the guys succeed

According to Silver Dragon AI and model updates as well as the addition of new AI bombers is planned: I think it would be nice - especially in 70's up scenarios - if the heavies could be player controlled and the development of such a module would be a good opertunity to take on the AI as well since interaction is needed in the most single player missions anyway :) Other than that i agree
-
Hey probad, why are the current ECM-mechanics limiting the possibility of flyable heavies? Cheers
-
Hey everyone, i would really love to see the possibility to fly some heavy bombers in DCS especially the B-52H or the B-1B and the TU-22M. I don't know if that would be possible with the DCS engine but i would assume ist is since we got the BUFF for example as an AI ingame and multicrew is on the horizon. I think it would be a really nice addition to the Sim and would fill a big hole in the Line Up. So why not do something completely new and give us DCS: B-52H :pilotfly: Cheers

Very Cool! Many thanks!

Worried CH Products
Pasquale1986 replied to iVVChewy9141VVi's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Hey Chewie here are my 2 Cents: I own the Warthog an I have absolutely no problems at all. It's super accurate and feels amazing. But as stated by lasvideo and JetwasH, there are issues with TM-Products all across there range and i have to admit, that i prepared myself to send it back and get a refund if i would encounter any problems from the get go. I have the impression that the majority of the Warthog users are happy and don't have issues, but at this price point...everybody has to decide if he takes a chance :joystick: My experience with the CH-Products on the other hand is, that they are very well build and are really made to last to industrial/professional standards. I bought the Warthog just because i fly the A-10 predominantly. Regarding the feel and use with other modules with the warthog i can say that it feels great on any modern aircraft since it's basically the same Stick they use in the F-16 C/D. I use it with the M2K as well as the F5-E and the F-16 (in an not to be mentioned Sim - please ED give us DCS-Viper so i can uninstall it :D) with a lot of joy and it feels as good as it possibly can without FFB I suggest to also have a look at the guys over at VKB - they offer very nice sticks too and there full metal base is compatible with the Warthog stick so you can eliminate the number one issue with the Warthog - the plastic interior. Many here in the forums praise the VKB stuff. Cheers -
The Quitting of screwing around was just announced on Facebook :D

According to Facebook we will very soon find out :D

If you guys are experiencing problems trimming out the modules i suggest reading the following post and attached articles: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3191755&postcount=10 Gives a little bit of insight Regarding the F-5 i can only confirm the positiv statements. It's just a ton of fun especially coupled with NTTR and the ACM and BFM Campaigns. Previously i was flying the A-10C exclusively, but the F-5 quickly hooked me for A2A. Cheers
-
That would be absolutely amazing and suitable for lots of scenarios starting in the 70's right up to today
-
That is amazing Baltic! I am definetely in for every M2K Campaign in Nevada and everywhere else  I would love to see the Mirage in a Campaign in Nellis in an Agressor Sqn. role :pilotfly:
-
Thanks for the brilliant insights!
-
Thanks for the clarification QuiGon! Forget everything i wrote The reasoning is understandable (sadly) regarding like every M2K thread in the Forum that contains the words "Flight model" or "Radar" or "PCA" Grüße aus Kölle

CV and CVN Ordnance Operations IAW CV NATOPS
Pasquale1986 replied to Scooternutz's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
That with animated deck crew and VR will have a negative impact on marriages: Where is your husband? In that dark room down there - haven't seen him for days… -
Couldn't have said it any better :D
-
This is not completely true. I would love to see the F-16 from Razbam for one simple reason: Cpt. Smiley, who does the FM stuff for the Mirage, did - as far as i know - some in depth stuff with an F-16 FM. So the knowledge at least regarding the flight model is there. And - since Razbam is in dev with the Harrier with Belsimtec out for the F-18, Hind and the Phantom for quite some time - they are perfectly suited for the asm work required for an Block 50/52 or 40/42 F-16 IMHO

It's summer. I think everyone is simply enjoying their holidays
-
I think the F-16 would make sense because in the end it is similar to the F/A-18C but still a different aircraft and it's in use by a lot of countries. Our current problem in regards of scenario and mission design is the lack of DCS-level Russian aircraft. Most of us fear that, because of the legal restrictions that apply to russian companies in regards of publishing a high fedelity modules of russian military aircraft, we will not see a Flanker or a Fulcrum soon. So why not take the most used possible and plausibel A2A adversary, which would be the F-16 if am not missing something. F-14 is in dev for an iranien scenario, Harrier is in dev, too. If on the other hand we would be able to get hands on a DCS Mig-29 i would be all in from the get go

Schönen Restarbeitstag an alle ;-)
