  2. Nope, T-Rudders use VKB's own MARS magnetic sensors that are in this particular case of application better than Halls. Just a minor correction, no argument :)
  3. Might be a zillion reasons based on a gozillion variables, from simply oxidized contact to computer specific something. That's why when it comes to really plucking the bug out we need a ton of input from the user, including a bunch of screenshots, etc., etc. Great that it works for now, let's see what future shows. Keep me updated, but do get reg'd at our home forum. We never do tech support on external platforms.
  4. Please get registered at VKB home forum, and check out these guidelines. Then post a support request, and help will come.
  5. They are being produced these days. Also, tested. If tests show they're good to go, we will have no reason to hold them back.
  6. No they cannot be used together. I know our promise is long overdue but the twists for MCG are not cancelled, and we're not planning to cancel them - they will come eventually.
  7. @Pudu, it is of course a shame your case hasn't been solved for such a long time. Pushing the dealer however would work better and faster. I will try to pull some strings to re-activate what seems to have gone lethargic. Also, hope this reminder helps. Tech support can be requested by: - Contacting the local dealer. Without this step everything comes to a halt. Even if all the dealer does is forwarding the request to us, this step cannot be skipped. Not getting reply from the dealer? - contact him again. He's not only getting his share by selling the devices that sell themselves; this is also part of his biz. Same goes about Aliexpress. Buying from Aliexpress, even from a "VKB's direct outlet", is still buying from Aliexpress, who never feel shy about cutting off their pretty juicy share. Let them do something to earn this cash. - In case there is no dealer in your location, or if you somehow bought from VKB directly, or you believe your case is so interesting that it should be shared with the community, or it is so unique it may be better answered by a community, please write on VKB domestic forum. There are some guidelines about what information one has to put forward when posting in Tech Support threads, it helps in getting the reply faster. - That's it, folks! Yes, there are only two ways! Leaving messages at other forums, even frequented by our personnel, does not pass as requesting tech support. Pudu did everything right, but his case has been somehow forgotten in the drawer. We'll look into it.
  8. Please PM me with more information. want to find your ticket and see what has happened.
  9. It's a good question, and when time permits we will probably make a film about what it takes to create an adult toy (did I say something funny? ;)) and how it is organized. Key words, as usually, are "when time permits" - which may mean anything at all. But at least we are thinking about it. So it may some day become real.
  10. It would be nice, indeed. However bad news is that .2 mm is absolutely not enough. Our mold is precise to microns, and take my word, a few microns do make big difference. So VKB cannot post up a 3d printer file simply because we will be blamed every time such button cap gets jammed, or falls off. We do however appreciate people doing it for themselves, and sharing their files with the community. If it works - we're happy; if it doesn't - no one to blame.
  11. Wait a sec. You mean, there is sort of a pronounced center, like a bump, that you can feel exactly at the center of the range? I'm confused. We have soft-center and hard-center cams, and if you have softs installed, and still have a bump - it is definitely a defect, and you should open a ticket at your dealer's. If there is no bump, but the grip still returns to the center, then this is what it has to do and is made for. If you don't want it to return to center, use the softest springs, and tighten the clutch. But I somehow think there is a misunderstanding and I'm not getting something you mean. Please elaborate.
  12. Announcement of what? Was it an announcement like "get your cash ready, next Monday this is coming out"? Clearly, no. It was an announcement - or better call it information - like "see what we are working on". No less, but no more. :smartass: We appreciate interest to our future products but we also expect understanding that we are not going to sacrifice technical perfection to haste. Our throttle will be outstanding - for that it will take as long as it takes to make it.
  13. Guys we absolutely appreciate your impatience. TECS is in the pipeline. Developing such a device takes time. It would be very wrong to think that as soon as the product design is finalized, it is ready to be produced. No it is not. Developing technology to produce it takes time, too. Nudging the cook doesn't make the dinner come earlier. The cook is the one who wants to get it done the most! TECS will be only be released when it is fully ready, and it will be The Best Throttle :) We CANNOT divulge any time estimations. Not because we're being mean and over-secretive, but simply because there are too many variables to impact the schedule. This summer? - no, for sure. Q3? - no, for sure. The rest is in the mist, but we are working on it every day, day after day.
  14. Please don't hesitate to ask more focused questions should you wish to know more about VKB aftersales service. However, talking about sales problems such as 'out of stock' situation and/or long waiting time - please bear in mind that there is more to this problem that is visible from the surface, and that although the shortage still remains a problem it is not half as tough as it was a year ago. Shortages are temporary. Quality is eternal.
  15. Replacement parts are not an issue, and here is why. Sales and aftersales are two different things. Insufficient sales volumes have nothing to do with in-/ability of some manufacturers to supply replacement parts. Talking specifically about VKB goods: a) all VKB devices produced to this day combined need parts replacement as seldom as a few times a year (times, not tens of times); b) if the need comes, they get parts replaced as soon as the matter becomes known to the dealers or head office. :joystick:
  16. Yes our EU dealer's name is Eduard.
  17. Price, not sure - I'm not in the sales field; writing to the sales team would be a better way to get first-hand information. Regarding the second issue, let me be direct: getting into developing such product will take a lot of time and manpower, and will probably generate next to zero return. In a word, it is not on our slate, and will not be for foreseeable future.
  18. More coming. We - and you customers no less than ourselves - need a short pause between batches to comb out possible bugs. The gap will not be too long this time.
  19. The very next coming batch of MCGs will include 5-pin versions. I withhold the timing, but it is not too long away.
  20. Next week GF+Kosmosima L and GF+Kosmosima R sets will become available for preordering or ordering, depending on location.
  21. Even with a camel load of salt is OK! No sarcasm. Whilst what you say about frustratingly long waiting time is true, there is something called survivorship bias. When applied to this situation it means: we hear the voices of those who had to wait long because we don't hear the voices of those who didn't. Because those who got their devices on time are busy flying. With all my compassion for the former, they are royally outnumbered by the latter. Which does not of course make the former feel better... sorry for that. Here I wrote a few words about it, maybe it would help.
  22. My pleasure! Wish you tons of fun flying! :pilotfly:
  23. Rumors of that have been greatly exaggerated - though at least if that all was nothing but true it would prove VKB products were so sought after. Wait and we'll see.
  24. PM me with full case story, incl ticket number and date, all your correspondence with rrohde, etc.
  25. OK, OK!.. :) OK people :) We increased out production capacity times. Increasing it further would be plain insanity as in this market a surge in demand no matter how huge will inevitably ebb down within reasonably short time - and then? - think about it if you have a businessman-like mind. If not, skip this step :) We hired more workers, engineers, got a new bigger storage, etc. At the same time the number of orders grew as well. Hope no one here thinks we have 3 guys who are on daily basis sleepy before lunch break and drunk after, and these guys are having pleasure seeing your frustrations? We are now working full steam. The results are clearly visible to us - sure they are not that obvious to frustrated customers, but it all takes time to show. Yes our dealers can be less or more customer friendly, but the core of the problem is production capacity. No argument here. We are as I said working full ahead. You decide whether or not our flight gear is worth waiting for. BTW - before you start asking about Kosmosima - the first batch is already sold out, and there WILL be a pause before the second. Not as long as between the 1st and 2nd batches of MCGs but still. :noexpression:
