  1. Any indication that this bug will be corrected in the upcoming patch? /KC
  2. What size are your monitor and how old are your eyes ;) I prefer the 16:10 format over 16:9 but for some reason they are less common on the market. I recently bought a new monitor and understood that I had to get a large one with not "to high" resolution so I got a 32" running at 2560x1440. Don't know if it's optimal but so far I like it alot. /KC
  3. Thanks for posting. Now we know it's nothing wrong on our end when flying MP. Hope it will be fixed. /KC
  4. Thanks for chiming in Salsam. Lets see if we are the only ones??? /KC
  5. During MP sessions I've had major problem hitting ground targets with the GAU-8 but only in MP and not in SP. Last night we decided to compare between SP/MP and it seems that PAC is not working in MP. In SP when engaging targets the gun piper rises a few mm maximum on my screen (zoomed in) while in MP it rises 15-20 mm when trigger is pulled in a small burst!? It's the same issue for me as a host as well as the client. This problem was not introduced with the latest update since we noticed it ~1 month ago but did not investigate it further until last night. It doesn't make sense why it should differ in SP/MP and we tried various speeds, flaps in/out etc. Anyone experiencing the same ? Ohh yea another (minor) thing noticed, the latest update (1.2.12.35194.574) did break the pilot heavy breathing sound while pulling G. /KC
  6. Thanks for the tip! Are there any recommended size or aspect ratio? Tested with 768x1024 and it works but looks a tad compressed.
  7. Thanks for pointing it out, didn't know. /KC
  8. Looks very promising and exactly whats needed with ED's excellent 3D pits... /KC
  9. Thanks for the update, looks like we gonna get a busy fall/winter! Finally! Now all I miss is a AH-64A|D Apache to use it with :) /KC
  10. I'm not suggesting something like this replacing our HOTAS but a way to flick the switches in DCS nice 3D pits. /KC
  11. Would be cool to see DCS support for someting like this in the future. Really no need to detect complex hand movements. A "finger flick" and a "finger/hand twist" would go a long way for cockpit interaction... Leap Motion Intro to VR I have never tried a Leap Motion controller but it looks quite usefull with OR. /KC
  12. Havn't had a chance to try it yet but just wanted to say thanks for the update! /KC
  13. Awesome mod and works fine in A-10A. /KC
  14. Thanks for the tip about NVG's, been sorely missing them in the old hog. /KC
  15. After cleaning my glasses this problem is now fixed and just for clarification the issue was on my end and not a bug. The trick was to bind Z-axis to lateral instead of Zoom. Sorry for the noise :) /KC
  16. Also interested to know since weather is a integrated part of flying... /KC

I could be wrong here but IIRC it was just mentioned as a possibility in the DCS World video 1+ years ago. Agree with you but they say that staying optimistic and do a little wishfull thinking prolongs your life. I may need the extra few years to be around when a dual seat AH-64x happens ;) /KC

Maybe (just maybe) some talented russian is already on it??? I saw this the other day... http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/580377/ /KC
  19. Agree and my screen looks nothing like the pics by OP so it must be settings/hardware/driver related. /KC

Thanks for the link! To bad really even if I understand his POV... After all this years I'm still waiting for a AH-64A (or even better D) to emerge in the DCS world. Even if I would prefer a study sim of A or D I would/will support any AH-64 project even if it's "FC3 level fidelity" with working pilot and co-pilot/gunner in MP! Having fond memories of flying LB2 with Flexman back in the 90's I wish him and Dave good luck on their CH quest and as he say - maybe one day ;) /KC
  21. Lets wait and see if someone else is seeing the same thing. BTW, before 1.2.7.23097 I had 1.2.6.18933 and there zoom in max worked just fine in all cockpits. /KC
  22. Thanks for the update! Nice to be able to use light in the Su-27 cockpit without a -10 fps hit. The cockpit is a master piece, looking forward to the upcoming AFM! /KC
  23. Thanks for the input! How come this changed in some of the cockpits? In the A-10A and Ka-50 I can use both TIR and RSHF KP* to zoom in.... Using RSHF KP* is a great way to quickly zoom in on instruments/MFD/HUD/Shkval etc. even if you have a TIR and have been working fine in previous versions. /KC
