I honestly don't see it so impressed, yes it is more stable at low speed but it doesn't have enough punch to recover speed, so basically you are a sitting duck.

Hi there, Please add an option to avoid the representation of damage model/explosion/etc. I know that they are very cool and that the artist did a great job, but each time the game tries to load one of this effects, the game frozen for ~5 seconds. Thanks.

I am using a Samsung Odyssey with a Pixel density of 1.3. In comparison, the Harrier works perfectly and I don't need to zoom in most of the time.

The new F-18 is awesome but, the text on the MFDs is just horrible, it is just impossible to read anything on VR even using zoom, is it any possibility to change this font? I understand that this is the font/size used on the original bird and it is could for immersion but there are not immersion if you can not read the MFDs. Thanks.

I tried to play with 32 GB (200$ more) and I have the same problems. I am running I 7700K, 16 GB ddr4, Nvidia 1080ti, game running on ssd nv2. -

I have the same problems from December and they didn't fix, I am starting to think that they are pretty limited in resources. -
I am in the USA, I will love to buy the TQS (throttle), if you don't find a buyer for it, let me know, please.

Vulkan is not a silver bullet that can fix all our problems. People are seeing a massive drop in the performance on Nvidia's graphics cards compared to Directx11 and this with a "highly optimized" engine. Vulkan is a much more complicated and difficult to work with than directx11, so I don't know how they will do it with their limited resources. At best with Vulkan, someone will see a 30% increase in performance but most of us will be ****ed. If this were my decision, I will try to optimize the current engine, I think it should be easy to see a 30-40% improvement in performance with the current engine if they are willing to optimize the VR. A different story is that they may not give a shit about VR since it's a niche market and they don't have enough resources to improve it (this is confirmed to me when they removed the Forward rendering option).

Sure, why fix this when we know that the next graphics card will be 20% faster? it is no their problem if players need to spend 800$ more in a new graphics card if they want to play their game. That remember me the 32 GB ram recommendation (are you serious?). As a software developer, I only can say they disappoint me very. Tips for the "Graphics Engineer": users raise the pixel density to read gadget/displays not to see more clearly the clouds, so instead of rendering the whole scene at 2x, render the cockpit at 2x and the background/landscape at 1x. As an extra point, you will fix the problem Spotting Bandits.

I have a Logitech trackpad mounted next to the throttle so in my case I only need to move my left hand a bit to the left to interactive with it.

Wrong, What Misha and Derek don't have into account is that on a flat screen the game only render the scene one time per frame but in VR the game needs to render the scene two times (two eyes, two cameras) as best case the fps will be a 30% lower in VR. We need ED to implement the single pass rendering algorithm for ones. If ED implements this, we are going to see a 30% performance improvement in the worst case. -

I would like to know what the Force IPD distance does because without it enabled, the camera/vision was always displaced to the right and I was always forced to pan the camera but now the camera is just on the center where it is supposed to be. good job.

Why DCS doesn't implement Leap Motion support as with , that and a left hand Captoglove could be awesome experience.
