I've updated the color of this one too be closer to the real thing. It was too blue previously. Also made all drop tanks painted.

There would be a file with the "*_RoughMet.dds" extension if it was.

I've added one more paint to the mix. The late 334th from 1953 (Jabara squadron).

As I've posted in the Korea! 1952 server. I've created a handful of Korean era paints that are now completely BORT enabled and non-specific to any pilot. Representing the 334th, 336th, 8th, 16th, 25th & 39th squadrons, all updated to my current standard. These will be made available soon as a MP package.

Just a small plug for this server. If you haven't had a chance to fly online before, or if you have down online for years, but have not yet tried the Korea! 1952 server, I highly recommend it. The missions are truly awesome. The voice acting and documentation materials are really well done. ED should take note and make the next Map, Korea with vintage airfields optional during 1950 -53. This server is so immersive, retro sounds etc. SeaQuark had done an exceptional job! The guys who fly as part of the 39th are also am extremely friendly bunch. I've been thoroughly impressed. I'm currently working on some generic version of the following units using my updated paint template: 334th FIS (Early) F-86A 334th FIS (Late) 336th FIS (Blue Noses) 336th FIS (early) 39th FIS 25th FIS 16th FIS These will all be BORT tail and aft fuselage enabled for complete server compatibility. Ok so last night, I added, the squad patch and gave the boring white helmet a little life with the VF-21 Ace of spades cards on the front. I also painted in the middle .50 cal gun Port to that it at least looks as much as it can like an FJ-3. I was to tired to upload. But it is officially complete. Will upload today.

Didn't like the chipped paint on the tanks forward section. Back to clean. Added some small details, like elevator movement area, removed paint where it would rub. Increased lighting to bare metal areas.

Nope. Sorry. Haven't started it yet. I keep finding ones that interest me more. However I've started collecting reference material for it.

I couldn't help myself today. Home sick with a cold...this is for the 39th over at the Korea! 1952 Server. Just a couple details to iron out. Helmet and Patches, and Pylons. Then it'll be complete. 95% as is.

Yes, I've put mine on hold while I work on the Sabre...but the Aluminum can be done. Good progess there!
