  1. With HB's past experience among numerous 3rd parties and ED themselves, it would probably be best for any, if not all of them to not give a specified release date. Even windows like Q2 and etc. are not good enough as some things can happen during their dev cycle to throw them off track for a short amount of time. I am personally convinced, however, that HB is more than qualified to release the F-14A in a completed state of manner.
  2. AFAIK HB have mentioned from their Q1 update this: So hopefully we can expect more information this month and forward.
  3. There is a brightness screw to the left of the HUD glass raiser. It should hide the HUD completely if moved all the way counter-clockwise. For the 3D model of the HUD, I am afraid I can't help you there.
  4. Das ist OK. Zu helfen ist gut fur der "DCS," wenn es ist nicht im Englisch.
  5. Would like to quickly note that I am not involved with this project or the team at all, and noticed that this was posted: https://flyingironsimulations.com/blogs/news/dcs-a-7e-corsair-ii-by-flyingiron-sims Happy flying!
  6. Definitely correct. And the fidelity of the C-101 will show others the verification of being able to prove to make the Mirage F.1 as accurate of a module as possible. :)
  7. When did this feeling of self-justice become the new 'norm' towards developers? Stuff happens. Developers have lives too, and they can be working behind the scenes towards bigger updates. They're nearing release on their Kiowa and it would make sense for them to be focusing more. Project management is very tricky in this community and I respect those that try to adhere to the public as well as managing everything on the team, from peoples' roles and the modules themselves.
  8. With this in mind, does this mean air-to-air refueling will be capable if the Su-25T avionics are to be used?
  9. 2.5.6 was not exactly a stellar launch, and despite the issues that came with it, you guys really shined in this changelog. New PBR textures, continuation of work to the FM, and the multi-crew updates from past changelogs are really adding up. This is a great fun bird to fly, and even better than how it released with the new CC variant. Great job AvioDev! I'm looking forward to your Mirage F.1. :)
  10. I personally want to see this project get far in DCS. This is a great aircraft from the Second World War to see that isn't specifically a prop bird. @J900, if you need help debugging any code, please let me know. I want you to get this mod far. :)
  11. May I ask if you're using the AI Su-24 model for your exterior? The cockpit obviously looks self-made and is very nice. I can only imagine the time it took to align everything.
  12. You should talk to a 3rd party about getting this thing as a module. This 3D work is amazing!
  13. Good stuff man! I hope the gear issues were fixed. I think DCS starts your aircraft gears open on the ground and then loads the scripts for the plane. For some reason checking the gear weight didnt fix that...
  14. I think the parameters are for meatball/IFLOLS
  15. Yes.
  16. Sorry bud! I have been busy with my Junior year of high school, and especially now that I have a real life job with final exams, I am very limited. This guide has not been ignored but put to the side. I hope to redo the guide soon to make more sense.
  17. Do you have a line calling to mainpanel_init? Some thumbs for clickabledata.lua also have preset animations like levers. The set command is general for parameter gauges.
  18. On par to NineLine and Razor, that trailer has no relation to Morkva's Su-24 project. The Su-24 by Alpha "Simulations" is a dead idea in the water back to when copy and pasting lines of code were considered modding to me. Apologies for the confusion.
  19. Any rough approximation on the development update? Not day, week, or month. Just a quarter is fine like Q2 or Q3 2020.
  20. Since we're all just guessing, I'm going for late Q3 2020.
  21. I would hope so. And whether or not the Supercarrier assets we can spawn (supposedly in ME) will be capable of use for the Forrestal carrier-class we will get from Heatblur. :)
  22. As in regular DCS tracks? I would assume not solely if it's for the Supercarrier. This is probably a focus ED would have in the future. I don't speak for any of ED, however. Please correct me if I'm wrong!
  23. I've heard a bunch of dissenting answers that vary from person to person that we will be able to place actual units on the deck, as well as the ship, or placing the ship that comes with some already on board. Will we get a video or some sort of guide on how to set it up? Will we also be able to control where the AI move or is that all pre-determined?
  24. Obviously this shouldn't become a debating matter on whether or not gore should be allowed in a flight simulator, but detecting collision of the aircraft with the flight deck crew would be immensely helpful to not only immersion but telling the pilot to properly follow taxi procedures. Accidentally running over people could also lead to a fratricide score for SP users, some area of your aircraft being damaged, or a trigger-based event in MP that does not suit you for flying. It certainly opens up options. Maybe a simple fade out even would be better than nothing.
  25. I've been in a C-17 with earplugs and headphones when taking off, and the engines are sure as hell loud. What makes you think that the F-14B engines are going to be slightly quieter when in afterburner?
