Sorry for being inactive on this livery guys, I really owe one! The files for my VF-154 liveries have been uploaded to the ED user files section and are awaiting approval. Once it is active, I will update the master thread comment to include the link and post it along here. Cheers!

Belsimtek has been absorbed by ED, and I would very much hope that ED gives HB the interest of making an F-4 related module. An F-4E or F-4J would be very nice to have an addition to similar JESTER AI. :)
-
324 and 325 are engine inlet fan animation numbers, used generally for turbojet engines. That's if you use that specific engine type as well with the SFM. 40 AFAIK is the only way but that's through the AI.

Hey BIGNEWY, I think the thread is talking about the F-16C 3D model, not the FM. :D I believe (for the exception of the drag model and thrust) the F-16C flies like how it is supposed to that ED made. I think what the OP was originally asking for is some early guess on the maximum amount of time the team will devote to the 3D mesh of the external model until it is finished. We still have no livery template because of mainly this. We also don't know exactly what is "unfinished" beside anything underneath the fuselage.

Not a fan of having no F-16C template... (Please finish the UV/3D ED!) I'll take a stab at VAE.

i only have closest to that being us navy stencil font: "Long BeachUSN"

Send a screenshot if you can, are you referring to the pylon options or the loadout table?

Switching between P-STT and PD-STT cause loss of lock
fl0w replied to Rabbisaur's topic in Bugs and Problems
I believe hopefully soon with the Q4 updates that HB will release that we will get more explained reasons for "lost lock" and "unable" callouts from JESTER. So hopefully instead of hearing "UNABLE!!1!" we can get "we're in the notch zone man" and that's a better clue. -
External stores IIRC are selectable by specific pylons. When the speed code was written I believe it was set for the speed range and it does a simple open/close animation. A button could be set up for it instead but it makes it simplified.

[LATER IN EARLY ACCESS]Data link should be a priority for next patch
fl0w replied to Hummingbird's topic in Wish List
Why don't we just let them take their time on improving the module instead of rushing things with weird priorities from the community rather than the official development cycle of the module itself? That would prove to be more beneficial than logging onto the forums to complain about your missing A/G radar when we are still lacking a majority of weapon release modes for various weapons like the JDAM, JSOW, etc. -
Hey guys, I am not sure if this is noted or not, or whether this was intentional, but isn't our 2007 Viper able to carry a centerline fuel tank?
-
If you could describe the current FM how it is right now with other existing helicopter modules in DCS, what would be the closest to us getting an idea of what she feels like?

Ok I gave Up On Moding DCS... The Mods are Very Nice But hard to install...
fl0w replied to Boneski's topic in DCS Modding
There is a pinned thread in the DCS Mods subforum written by a Deka Ironwork dev on how to properly and correctly install mods. Most well-known mods like the Su-57, A-4E-C and MB-339A/PAN will also come with some installation guide or installer program. Link: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=190778 -
I believe that as long as an insert of music credit is made somewhere accessible to the viewer via. description or the video itself, under some Creative Commons license you can work with it and have the video monetized.

For the Love od God Dev's, can we drop tanks!
fl0w replied to Harley Davidson's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
I think you mistook the F-14B subforum as the F-16 Viper one. ;) -
The Battle of Modders Part 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Bump. Please look into this Virpil, as such with the explosion of the DCS: F-14 module and the VFX grip being made, an F-16 throttle would be great to have alongside the Thrustmaster Warthog stick until TM (theoretically) make theirs as well. :)

CESSNA C185 SKYWAGON FOR DCS
fl0w replied to Patrick56's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Glad you got permission. Time to see how it flies! -
Very glad to see the progress continuing. Can't wait for the C-101 to show as proof of concept for the Mirage F.1!
-
May I ask, just from a development perspective, were the external lights not added because of them being hard to implement or because they were not as high of a high priority as other items on the list? Thanks.
-
Are you hinting that we the people who obviously are very correct, will not get a dcs goose module?

CESSNA C185 SKYWAGON FOR DCS
fl0w replied to Patrick56's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World
Looking nice, I hope it gets approved by the artist for public use. Nice mod guys! -
Agreed here. I have found more targets through smoke and contrails than I have by sheer pixel dedication. You'd be surprised how much exhaust some aircraft give compared to others with plumes coming out that tailpipe of theirs. ;) And servers enforcing this would not be so likely, as it is usually considered a way of cheating, especially in a PvP environment. Not many servers enforce wake turbulence even, due to how rubberbanding with that option on equals death to you.

No issues here on ultra distance, 25K pre-load radius and a 1080p resolution monitor. :D
