I want hazy low cloudy mission sometimes, but always find the visibility is high, and not much haze, is there a file I can modify to lower the visibility distance?

Got the Rhino FFB, tried the Mosquito, another story, the super sensitive elevator is gone, and flying it feels realistic and its a real pleasure. Love the landings too, great job on the landing physics

Buttkicker and FFB stick , both can give you G forces effect.

DCS grass is high, very high, this abandoned airstrip has DCS grass, so it can be done in real life.

Might be user error, but I am trying to add some P51s to a mission, I select them, add their waypoints, save it and when the mission starts they are not there. This is a quick mission that I modify the weather, and added some German planes (which worked and appear in the mission) but cannot add the P51s

Tried to assign an axis to the repeater compass , but moves way too fast and not accurate. Is there a solution for this? Only way to make it work properly is with the mouse.

Exactly , this is why I re installed it, just for TAW with my squad.

I re installed IL2 today, have the same feeling as you about DCS WWII, simply as the wrong map for the airplane setup. A Germany map will solve the problem, also agree with you about PTO, makes no sense at all , instead of a Hellcat and Corsair , P38 or and an earlier 109 would have made a lot more sense to move in the right direction. Unfortunately I hate the Il2 arcade damage model, where you get killed with the very first bullet even when flying bombers. Some things I appreciate in IL2, VR cockpit limits, going thru clouds, is more realistic (rain and darkness)oil on windshield, turbulence, and wind up higher, not every flight is smooth as glass, pilot modelling is much better. DCS makes fantastic airplanes, its a shame about the rest, and definitely not attracting people, seems like they don't care at all.

Anyone have the MFG pedals? After calibration and firmware update, right rudder is pressed in full in DCS, in MFG configurator tool shows centered. Any ideas?

In reality is about game play, if you just want to dogfight over P trap, without MW50 you are at a disadvantage big time, because of the massive low alt dogfights, if you want to fly tactically with a wingman, doing escorts, attacking bombers, patrol other areas, follow the plan and objectives, then not having MW50 is fine, I think PO was made for that kind of game play, which is great, the problem is most people don't care about mission objectives and go to P trap for a dogfight. If the people in charge of PO somehow can make for the players to commit to the mission objectives , it would make for a much better game play and MW50 argument would not be a thing, there should be a way to make this happen, I know registering for an objective has helped, maybe this could be enforced before taking off?
