The outdated thing in CH products does get me concerned because 8 bits sensor causes spikes and jumping while aging. I experienced this with the previous joysticks (not X-52 pro), this was not comfortable to deal with. So I guess I'll take something more modern and up-to-dated. I'll go for the TM Warthog. Hi all, I'm looking for a new HOTAS because my old one (X-52 pro) are worn out, can't be used with USB 3.0 and it's 6 years old. Actually it's working normally except having some blinking leds. So I decided to get another one as replacement. I currently pay attention to CH products Fighterstick/Throttle USB. I did some researchs to see this one is highly recommended by gamers because of its durability, plug & play, good software control (some says it lasts for 10-15 years without any flaw). I can afford a much expensive Warthog but there're 2 things I don't like about it: it's A-10c HOTAS replication (I prefer F-16 stick because I'm F-16's fan), and I don't like colorful leds. So is there any CH.P user out there can give me an opinion ? Is there any problem using CH_P with usb 3.0 and Win7-8-10 ? and is there anything you don't like about CH_P ? RAlt+J then RAlt+J again, problem solved. This trim thing is a real pain in the @$$. :mad: Everything had been good until the latest patch came out.:(

I found the solution for fixing trim not working on some aircraft (RAlt+J then RAlt+J again). But since SA342 doesn't have RAlt+J, this solution doesn't work on SA342.

Found the solution for trimming doesn't work in flight, you just press RAlt+J (Jump into selected aircraft), then jump back into cockpit again. This is the fix for some aircrafts. Others don't have RAlt+J (SA342) can't be fixed.

Then use wrist rudder instead ? :doh: :megalol:

Trim doesn't work for Gazelle, F-86F, CC101EB. With MiG-21bis is ok. I haven't tested the others.

I think flanking is the best tactics. You'll need to fly parallel with the route to bulleye (50-70km is good enough), and fly low with radar off, then turn 90 degree and look for a fight, pick up a good prey, get him killed then go home. Dont fly directly to bulleye, you'll be killed by multiple enemy fighters and sometimes with stupid teammates (happened to me twice). :doh:

Radar currently is not functioning properly, so it's a little hard to tell which tactics is good for M2000c. Flying high could get you better missile range, but it could be easily losing lock on target because of ground clutter. If you fly lower than your target (MiG-29, F-15 for example), you are certainly dead because of enemy's long range missile. Terrain masking is not a suitable tactics for M2000c even with the help of AWACS. Flying online you'll have AWACS, means your enemy also have AWACS, so there's no advantage here. I guess I have to wait until radar is done fixing.

As I remember Zeus67 said, the M2000c radar works as intended, but it loses locking everytime the target goes beaming (flying perpendicular to your aircraft). The smaller the target, the greater chance you will lose locking (I can shoot down Su-27>MiG29>MiG21). It's really weird that MiG21 survives most of my long range offensive with Super350D just by beaming. Then someone said we need to switch back to ENT to remain locking, especially when target goes below you, below the horizon. So this is why I need a hotkey on my Joystick to use it in these cases. And because M2000c is an high altitude inteceptor, Super350D is used on big target like bomber mostly, so losing lock on smaller target is a feature. :noexpression::noexpression::noexpression:

I'm using 1.5 open beta latest update. buttons are functioning right now.

Since M2000c radar loses locking constantly, I have to switch to HFR to maintain lock, and reduce Radar Scan Angle to keep it focusing to target (As I read someone said so on this forums). I tried mapping these functions to my Joystick (X-52 Pro) but none working. When I press Joystick buttons in option, those buttons are highlighted but they're dead during the game (buttons don't move). Other radar functions like cursors/elevation/range are able to be mapped to my joystick. Anyone has solution for this ? Im using X-52 pro with G-27 pedals btw. P/s: what radar mode should I use while chasing runaway target ? target within 20km at the same altitude running away doesn't appear on my radar. (assume that I already pointed radar beam to his position). Plz don't notice my funny English. :D (actually it's not funny, I'm bad at english writing in my school).

X-52 pro & G27 user here, I cant get trim to work also. I guess we have to wait for the next update. Really confusing.

Try reduce screen solution, uncheck full screen option, then you can uncheck mouse option without black screen. :smartass:

Thank you Polychop guys, I really appreciate your outstanding work. SA342M and SA342L are one of the best modules of DCS, especially having 2 models in one. The last update was awesome with the premiere of SA342L, this little bird is kick@ss with GIAT 30 cannon.

- Trim is not working in CC101. I haven't test the others. - 6DOF movement has gone. I can only see left-right-up-down. - TrackIR outside look is now reversed.

After latest update. Trim is not working anymore. Ctrl + Enter can't open control indicator. Head movement is limited to left-right-up-down. This is ED issue I guess. There are lots of complains on the forums today.

I already tried jumping into another aircraft then jump back, it was only to center TrackIR, not fixing head movement. I only turn left-right, up-down, other axes are not working. :doh:

Do you know how to fix pilot & copilot head movement ? I unticked options in VR Headset option but didn't work.
