Guys, a friend of mine, a good friend but a bad pilot ( [emoji23]) yesterday come in mission with a F-18 and believe me, when he (ehmmm) landing he managed to make the Hornet bounce like the MiG-29, without breaking the landing gear or blowing a single tire... Uhmmm, Obviously I never fly on a 29 but.. Take off is not a problem, pull gently the stick at 240kph, wait to 260 and a magic happen, You are airborne... For landing, You must keep a correct AoA (use NOC for the best glide path) and touch a 330kph under 2ms of descent ratio keeping the stick to flare a bit to dissipate some energy... Not much of problems, it's a bit raw but could be tamed.. Only real problem I found is the near zero pitch authority above 900kph but I haven't real MiG29 flight's experience to state that it's wrong... Inviato dal mio BLA-L09 utilizzando Tapatalk

I don't know for the Hornet but for others plane (personally tested MiG-29, Su-27, Bf-109, Spitfire) damage from G limits are present. I just before writing recheck with the 29, climbed to 35k feet, dived in full AB, levelled a 1k feet and 1700kph and then push the limiter override and pulled the stick all the way... 3 seconds and some climb after the wing snapped off and I became a fireball [emoji106] Inviato dal mio BLA-L09 utilizzando Tapatalk

Probably because Korea is a low hype scenario instead of WWII Pacific theater that could be a game changer. Carriers ops in the Pacific has much more hype & sell potential, could be the jump start for a lot of scenario and modules in a setup with virtually no competitors (IL2 team abandoned the project for the moment...).
