Made a few upgrades for the Warthog Throttle. Thanks to @blue73, @TomVR and @huzar among some other for the inspiration. These are mainly prelim tests for now. Actually, printing another front guide plate for the landing gear and tail hook now. Having to make some adjustments to that for clearance when the throttles are in full AB.

Was on the 107th West TTI server last night and was having this same issue. I was able to select TUNE TAC and select Focus to get to the correct 266.000 freq. But manual entry or channel selection was not tuning to the correct channels. I was able to go to TUNE CHANNEL, NEXT CHANNEL and get to where I needed to be but that took quite a few times to complete to get to channel 14. Hoping this can be corrected quickly. But thanks again @IronMike for the great work on the cat!

I love my Ender 3 Pro! I had one of the Ikea mirrors cut to fit it. Apply some MagiGoo to the bed every 20 or so prints and havent looked back since!

This is one of the most in depth guides Ive seen for the Cat yet. It would be nice if the pages could be broken out of the document though. I'd like to put a few of them in my kneeboard. ;)

Some of the older pics... I'll try to get some of the current setup tonight with the 2 Stream Decks, Logi trackball and Logi TQS that I use for levers now. I am also now using O+ HMD!

I have the O+ and did have the Vive before it. I returned the Vive. The O+ does not need the lighthouses to track, 2 less things to have to worry about. Misalignment? You can do a VR Reset in the game that will center the HMD to your current position when reset. ASW... Well, the O+ beats the hell out of the Vive! No SDE. Better DPI. Higher resolution. Among other things. Everyone is screaming about the Rift S right now. But the ones that have bought it, from what I have read for the most part, have not been impressed to the point of what was expected. Check the Samsung site. They run the O+ for sale $299 very often! Right now, you cant miss with the O+. Just my .02 cents worth.

This works like a dream!!! I have a set of the F-18 icons someone posted up in another stream deck thread and made a couple extras. Like CANOPY [OPEN/CLOSE] and created separate CANOPY OPEN - CANOPY CLOSE with different color text for each. So you can look and see what the current state of a switch is when you get in the plane. I have a Stream Deck on LEFT and RIGHT side and a MINI in the middle now. I have items to make button boxes from when I was running racing sims, but these are so much cooler. And you can nest the commands. Some things you just cant beat a button/switch box, but having the SD's just makes it even better with its lit icons and status indicators.

Has anyone else had this happen? In the lower display (TDI? mode) when looking that the radar display and working on locking a target, I have had Jester turn off the display, then after a few seconds turn it back on again. Any idea whats going on? Is this normal? Should I not be drinking before flight?! :drink::beer::pilotfly:

Too bad they didnt fix at least this issue in the 5/8 update.

I was flying in 107th West last night and noticed something strange. It seems that the cockpit is locked with the O+ now. If I lean in to look closer at something in the cockpit, the cockpit moves with the head movement. Not sure what I have done to get this to set this way. Its strange. If I tilt my head left or right the pit tilts as well. I am able to look out the pit and turn without an issue. Any of you brilliant minds have any idea what could cause this?

SRS! It works with the planes radios. If you have a team then you can go to another channel. But have a standard freq for A2A traffic, another for A2G, another for ATC, another for each airport/carrier operations, etc. Diving into setting up kneeboards with the use for each freq (what uses what) has helped tremendously with my comms game. The immersion factor is great in VR. It is not so easy to alt-tab out of dcs into discord to change a channel (same with TS). So doing it in the radios is awesome! Was inbound to Sochi last night. They had live atc. I ran out of fuel and had to point it to the water and bail out. I called out the issue, bra and that I was punching out. ATC replied back that they copied and had SAR on alert and enroute to fish us out. I got a good chuckle out of it!

You can use the three button toggles and the rotary with that board. For the toggle, you have to use two inputs on the board. But you solder a common ground on the toggle that runs to both inputs. Same with the rotary. If you have a rotary with multiple clicks, then you have to use an input on the board for each position.

Well whoever it was that came in, sent like 5 of them. One after another. The string looked something like "-mod DammitCarl" Then it was the sound of "DAMMIT CARL!" I wonder if there is a switch such as "-MOD ?" that would show all of the available chat strings...

Good evening all you glorious bastards! :pilotfly: While on the 107th WEST server the other evening, going through my startup in the kitty kat on the Stennis, someone in the chat window entered in -MOD [stringname] and it played a sound... Hilarious sounds actually. He fired off 3 or 4 of them. I dont remember exactly what they were as I was a little preoccupied in the checklist and thought at first it may have come over SRS, but noticed the string in the chat window briefly. But think of something like "DAMMIT CARL!! AAAAHHHH!!!" Is there a list somewhere available to has these -MODs for reference? Thanks in advance and Happy Hunting!!! :robot:

3 MFD's 3 8" Neewer Displays 3 HDMI to USB adapters I designed a monitor cover plate and built some adapter legs, etc to actually mount the monitor to the MFD base. Perfect!

4mhz... OOOPS!!! Fixed it! :megalol: I ended up going after a 1070TI for the moment. (can use it in another build later). I have to do a little more checking on my p/s to see if I have enough ports for the 2080ti... But I'll probably order it this week. :pilotfly:
