  1. Attached is the screenshot. Notice how weirdly the M82SE units are attached to the pylons. Also, the fuel tank looks strange to me, as if it has the same issue. As said, I first saw this on the F-5 a few days ago and now on the Mirage.
  2. Noticed this a few days ago when I purchased the F-5 module, the bombs are too close, almost cutting inside their respective pylons. Today I bought the Mirage 2000 and found the same issue. I am on Open Beta. Attached is a screenshot, but as said, the exact same I came across on the F-5. Since it's not limited to the F-5 I guess it's an universal bug, not necessarily aircraft specific.
  3. It's in fact one of the very few modules I still don't own. Is it worth the money? I like aircraft that are good at air-to-ground, how does the Mirage fill this role? Any major bugs that are still not ironed out? Please let me know guys.
  4. Open Beta. What I can also do is a short video recording, if that helps, after landing, trying to move from the spot where I come to a complete stop, to the catapult and you will see for yourself what I am talking about. Let me know if that helps and also, where and how should I send it as the file size is gonna be relatively large.
  5. There you are, a third track, carrier speed 17 Knots, some winds involved but nothing special, wind is part of aviation - landed and as I turned on NWS HI and started taxiing to the catapult for another takeoff, the jet started sliding down the deck again. Pretty much on every single occasion it happens. This is not fixed. slidingondeck3.miz.trk
  6. Everytime I land on the Stennis I have the sliding issue. Already provided two tracks, no need for more I guess. Even with the carrier speed being as little as 18 Knots, and absolutely no winds, I still do slide after landing, trying to taxi to the parking zone or back to the catapult. And the wing vapour is still there when parked on the deck, carrier speed about 20-25 Knots.
  7. And a target as well! :-P
  8. Can't wait for the ATFLIR pod and laser guided bombs.
  9. It may be only me but I can't seem to be able to get a really nice close zoom on this aircraft. The maximum allowed zoom in external view is very much limited and is still quite far. I'd love to get close to the aircraft, zoom in close to the canopy etc. but it's simply not possible or at least I don't know how to do it.
  10. Updating now! Thanks!
  11. How can I update to 20146 please?
  12. Same story here. My DCS Open Beta doesn't update, it's version .20036 - ran the updater but nothing.
  13. I am in Open Beta. But my version number is 20036. When can I expect the required update?
  14. Hi, Bought the module 10 minutes ago but it does not show up in the manager. Usually I instantly see the red mark showing that I can install a new module but nothing this time. Also, at the bottom of the main menu, the YAK-52 shows up as a module I can still BUY. anyone knows what can be the issue? It does, however, show up in MY ORDERS...
  15. Awesomel! We need this, otherwise how are we supposed to carry our luggage from land to carrier in the sim! This pod is a must! :-) On a serious note, such a pod would be indeed cool in the sim!
  16. And another one, with track attached. Winds still calm, and carrier speed reduced to only 20 Knots this time - absolutely no reason to be sliding. No wing vapour on this occasion though. slidingondeck2.miz.trk
  17. Here is a track, sliding like crazy on the Stennis after landing and wing vapour on the deck as well. Carrier speed was only 25 or 26 Knots. slidingondeck.miz.trk
  18. Same story here. Although it was stated to be fixed earlier, this bug is still very much alive and kicking, sliding on the deck like crazy, more than ever. Terrible taxi characteristic onboard the Stennis. Also, a weird wing vapour effect is seen while parked on the deck, as far as I can recall it was also supposed to be fixed already.
  19. U r a star, all works! Thank you!
  20. That must be it! How to use COMM 1 and/or COMM 2? Good catch, and thank you!
  21. I know it's been covered a million times but for the life of me, I can't get it to work. Could someone, who has enough patience, please kindly step by step, as if talking to a five year old, describe how to contact Stennis (in order to get the approach lights to work), including setting up the Mission Editor? This is what I did - without succeeding - so far: - In the ME, I left the default COM freq for the carrier at 127.500 (modulation AM) - Once in the jet, fully ready for takeoff from the boat, I select COM 1, go to M (Manual) and enter 127.500 and then when I hit my communications menu button, it (still) works, offering me to either "Abort the takeoff" or "Go to the parent menu" or "Exit|. - After takeoff, the above menu disappears and when I hit my communication menu button - in order to report inbound - nothing happens. I mean absolutely nothing. What am I doing wrong?
