When you really want to fly an A-10 instead..... and in need of a fix because flying the Ka-50 got old in about 5 months and it gets even older hashing this chopper stuff out everyday on this forum. I must have started the damn thing a million times already, and could probably steal the real thing if left unattended. I joined this forum the SAME month that DCSBS was released with the English version--what is with all these late bloomers?

Ka-50 go Ka-boom, ehhhh? I don't have ADD, but I could care less about chopper seat time right now--I am more interested in a go-fast A-10 tank killer as I have the need for speed.

I already have a helo; now I want an A-10--wished you had NEVER asked either; if the devs want my opinion, then THEY would ask. What are you going to do with this information anyway? Build your own chopper flight sim for the masses?

It's nice somebody in the WORLD is making highly detailed PC simulations--here in the US, the only thing they (Companies & Public) want is that kiddy console crap. And you know why they want it? Because they don't have any personal time to sit down and enjoy anything for any length of time; it's all about instant gratification and chasing lofty unattainable dreams. Everyone has to have a NEW car and a NEW home here--nothing is ever good enough....I could rant all night long as TV advertising slowly controls the masses. Americans here have to see Obama on their TV every night or they won't be able to sleep (it's funny, the guy was on TV every night running his mouth for 2 full years even BEFORE the election and US citizens still can't get enough).

This book isn't so great according to this Marine: By B. Lincoln - See all my reviews I have been in the Marine Corps for 9 years, 6 as a scout/sniper. This book made me sick. Scout/Sniper's do not act like this, there is no top-ranked marine sniper--we have no awards. We no longer collect confirmed kills. To see someone make money off of lies like this is heart-breaking. The public will read this a think it is true and pass this fish story along. If it was sold as fiction its just another story but to claim these events happened this way is unjust to the real scout/snipers in combat. Read NO True Glory if you want fact. You can read about what real Marines do.

:lol:LOL, and great youtube vid. My teenage kid thinks that having her own cell phone is a god given right and damn me to hell for not buying her one. All I had was a 13" B&W TV in my room when I was her age (15), and that was considered a big luxury.

How many have you jumped in an online game, did your preflight, startup, flew all the way into the combat zone and the HOST decides to shut the server down? Are there any dedicated servers that run 24/7 that do NOT require a password?

Hey, whatever works; if a big military contract keeps them paid, it might give us, the prosumer, more advances in future home pc flight sims. I'll fly any damn thing they produce whether I like the A/C or not. I didn't even know the Ka-50 existed, nor did I care; I am just stoked to have such a great sim that WORKS.
