We want to ensure all our products are (more than) adequately packaged to guarantee their safe arrival to our customers, so seeing all of this is equally distressing to us! In light of these posts, we have reviewed some of our internal processes and packaging procedures and made some adjustments which we feel should resolve any such issues from occurring again in the future.
