  1. Wheelstand Wheel Stand Pro for Thrustmaster HOTAS WARTHOG™, Saitek X-55, X52/Pro, X65 - Deluxe V2 - WheelStandPro I added a a cuto of 20 x60 alluminum profile to the top for the mounting process and i asked them for a reduced size mounting plate for the side stick , which i think cost about 50 euros or so
  2. What makes you think this? I use mine all the time in VR, it doesn't even have to be a 1 to 1 representation of the aircraft cockpit you are flying ... you just need to train your muscle memory. I have some buttons to help with centring for things like the ICP/UFC/MFD's ...
  3. You get the same fps, and ai actions and stick inputs etc.., more importantly you get consistent results between a replay and the replay of the same track. The down side, is that an individual replay can fail across dcs versions, so keeping the replay simple in terms of pilot actions is "key" to being able to consistently replicate results... That might mean some features are untested and of course it only works for the module you are testing, performance bugs specific to other modules or game features won't show up.
  4. It's discontinued, and it's the winwing super Taurus throttle panel
  5. I find xrnecksafer works just fine ? the only thing i can suggest is to make sure it's loaded before DCS , I have the center button for necksafer and DCS bound to the same button: and HTH
  6. Nothing, at least from a dcs perspective it supports it natively..
  7. @IronMike i guess the question at this end is do you guys need any more help/data or do you have all that in hand?
  8. mostly one more thing not have to worry about in the core game directories
  9. there is no such thing as too many buttons on your hotas... I have the WINWING Orion2 ViperAce(EX) Joystick Combo with shaker kit for that very reason, i fly it with every plane , including warbitrds and helos... you get less buttons withe the Navy Ace Joystick. I have a different throttle, but i would go with the WINWING Orion2 HOTAS MAX StrikeAce EX II Metal Throttle Grip (With Finger lift)), as it has the most buttons... and good ergonomics, if i were going to go with something new today. FingerLifts to me are mandatory as it is more able to reflect start up procedures and gated afterburning
  10. i agree it's not a huge issue, but, it's a QOL thing for me. It would be nice to manage them the same way other kneeboards are managed.
  11. the problem with is that all the maps are visible all the time if you go into your kneeboard if placed in %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard we really "need" a map folder per theatre under it as we do for aircraft...
  12. have you charged the guns?
  13. This may be related to: but, one eagle takes off as one is crossing the runway leaving two stalled on the numbers. Sting 16 and 17 wont taking over the active, and the rest of us can't take off because of the two eagles in the way.
  14. For necksafer make sure you are using XR necksafer as dcs now default to openxr
  15. certainlywith the UFC you can make it work for the F-16 ... to be fair i haven't tried it the otherway around
  16. I have both, but i started with the UFC, because it was what was available, i managed to use it on nearly every aircraft/helo i have... I play in VR so i don't use the displays on either if i could only afford one, it would likely come down to what i was flying most frequently, today that would be the F-16 ergo ICP 12 months ago that was the F/A-18
  17. @Home Fries are you able to update this for the latest build when you are able ?
  18. as far as i am aware, you can't do this on a executable level, it's done at a system level or not at all .
  19. sorry thats just not true, a lot will depend on your expectations.. but i fly in my Varjo Aero stutter free in campaign missions and complex single player, i have a beast of a PC to make it happen, and i dont run everything on max... but he visual clarity i get is awesome
  20. screenshots are functionally taken from the 2d mirror are videos , some videos from the replays, so they are not a great examples of what you see... you can try turning up some of the settings in DCS, to improve your experience, but without knowing your PC or your current settings thats going to be difficult to provide advice on. as others have said a new headset will improve your visual quality if, your pc is strong enough to drive it
  21. If anyone can do it then it is him!
