Yes Every single time I join any server I basically am flying blind. All my friendly's also show hostile. my contact, and any tankers etc. When I do a scan, I see green showing up on them as well as red. It's very frustrating in that I know this is a bug, and it severely hampers the ability to fly in servers where tags are disabled. I can never tell who is who. It has been this way since the previous big patch. The original patch that added IFF was fine. It was whatever patch after that, that broke this feature. Sorry for the lack of specifics. ** I've never posted a track before, or recorded one for that matter, but would be happy to try to show this issue. It has made it hard for me to even want to play DCS lately, which really stinks haha.

Dang. This really stinks that this huge bug was not fixed in the patch :( Sad day, as it's super hard to play MP in the viper.

picked up the rssb v3 lighting just before the viper released. Best thing ever!

Can confirm this happening as well. Thought I saw this thread the other day and was like hmm I don't seem to have the issue. But last night, I too was seeing a lot of red and when interigated they all would show friendly. They would then go back to hostile. Including our own tankers.

I use the tgp all the time, and have yet to see this. I will test today, and try to report back.

The update they released this weekend fixed the initial issue with the wing flex. and I think it is spot on now. looks awesome! Way better than the instant angled flex like the original release of it.

I downloaded it last night, but haven't yet. I planned to tonight after work :)

I am willing to try whatever to get clearer mfd's. And I think? my system is pretty decent?

Thanks! That is what I was really wanting to confirm. I mean I don't mind sitting there waiting, but if I haven't had to all these times I've flown I was going to be frustrated with myself haha.

Oh I apologize. I guess I assumed you were talking about in VR, due to your signature showing you have a valve index. :)

oh really? But, are you still parked? I know the process, but I guess it doesn't really answer my question of when you can actually start rolling without messing up the alignment. For a full alignment the documentation only states it should take about 8 minutes and to do it prior to taxi. This quick method then I should assume is the same? I can wait the 2.1 minutes though. I didn't know I could switch to full align and get the rest of the way down to 6. Cheers!

What are your average FPS? Is the cv1 really that bad? Is it the oculus software? My system specs are better than yours, and I can barely sustain 45fps.

Sorry to hijack, but thought maybe this could also be sorta relevant. I have always waited on the ground until rdy/align started blinking and I go to NAV before moving at all. Can you start taxiing preparing for takeoff once rdy shows up? When is the best time to start, so as to get a full alignment. Thanks!

I would like to +1 on this one. It keeps getting stuck when refueling. I have the battery switch on Batt. Switch set to main power does in fact allow the refueling to work.

That's why I posted. It seems that the engine rpm just isn't getting up to where it should be. And I know it's WIP. And am totally okay with that, just wanted to make sure and get the team aware :) Loving the flight model for the most part, and Can't wait for the first update!! :D

If it is okay, I would like to add to this as it may be related? but I was fully loaded, with 2 tanks, 2 gbu-12's and 2 mk-82's and a120's, aim-9x's. The jet seemed VERY sluggish, and my max rpm was around 89 % even in afterburner. I reloaded the mission and the same thing occured, even with an empty jet. Not sure if I am missing something during startup, or what, but it doesn't seem quite right lol. I also confirmed that my throttle maxes out in the axis control settings, and in the pit I can see the throttle moving all the way to the end of it's rotation. Sorry if I should have started a new thread on this..

Make no mistake! This is a great module. I would hope everybody can continue to enjoy it, and realize that it is early access.. It has still been very fun to enjoy and start learning. Can't wait for additional fixes and features to become available!

I am on here to search about this very thing. I can't really read the mfd's at all. Using a rift.. I am hoping the pit will be cleaned up a bit more, because even at 2.0 pixel density, the cockpit is very blurry still :(. I can handle most everything, but the mfd's are almost un-usable in their current state. This can't be a wishlist item. Adding my thoughts to bump the thread..

Sooo a couple things. for the audible sound. I can't find where to register an account on the realsimulator forum to download the script. And If you all could like tell them to put the fssb v3 lighting on sale for me that'd be greattttt. :D

HAHA right? hey, while it would be nice to have the correct Throttle, this will have to do. I wish there was an updated cougar throttle of the same quality. Maybe someday.

guys. Where are you all getting your fssb v3's at?!?! I've emailed them and never received a response. I'd like to get this all ready to go prior to the launch lol well crap. I guess I was just missing the whole, there's a more current lighting version? haha. wow if only I could google just a little harder :) Dang 550 bucks though. Is it worth it??

Your setup looks great sir. Came out here this morning to try and start looking in to how I am going to setup my hotas for the upcoming release, and wow I was way behind haha. 16 pages of discussion already! I think your setup is super clean, and I may have to replicate your design a little :) Hope you don't mind. Cheers!
