I'm looking for a profile that works for the Mig21 in DCS. The profile of Yoyo doesnt work correctly for me and Polaris already stated his profiles shouldnt be used for 1.5.2 yet. By the way. Did I get it right: Weapon release has no given keyboard command in the default profile (right now)? Also, Id like to group with one or more players that play on a free server. Watching tutorials isn't REALLY telling me to handle thing and how you should behave in a mission. However, I had no luck yesterday evening finding people in squad servers. Maybe one Mig21 pilot is interested here? I could also fly sth else as I have most other modules too.

F-16 was too hardcore for me back then. But I always wanted to learn it. I still have my A500. I hope he is still working.... for some day in the future :D And yes! F18 Intercepter with the subcarrier landing :D

Yea, lol... siming since the 90s too. Starting on the Amiga as you can see in my profilce pic. There even was an A10 game :D

May I use files from 2.0 Alpha for a quicker 1.5 installation and will I need a second activation for my modules? edit: Niiiiiiice... even 1.5 detects 2.0 content

Hey Guys, I only have the current Nevada Alpha installed. I cant select any training Missions. If I need 1.5 for that I can forget tonight I guess. Any hints?

I love this solution and use it long time now. However. I want to use user made Target Profiles (for Mig21 in this case) but then, this doesnt work anymore. Is there a solution?

Great, installed Nevada Alpha Installer, downloaded DCS World Files with it, startet, had to get Nevada Files which stopped downloading after several hours. Now I cant even re-initiate DL of terrain. DCS just says I need to DL but I cant select any Terrain in the Module Manager anymore althoug logged in. There's also no option to get these files from the website. Now what? :(

Thanks! Too late however. Deactivated everything and uninstalled 1.2 When I wanted to go from 1.2 to 1.5 beta it didnt seem to use anything useful on my HD. File sizes plus overal file size and DL rate were horrible. Now I did go for Nevada because of T4 engine and perhaps being able to merge. I also wiped the modules installation just to make 100% I dont inherit problems

Hi, bought a lot of modules the past weeks and a warthog but never played. I want to install one of the branches and I ask myself which branch will get updates without complete reinstallation. Massive file downloads and attempts to save my key activations do hurt. I pre purchased NTTR so should I aim for this or will it get a complete new installer after alpha? They said its gonna merge but I dont know exactly how. I dont care about the map itself right now, I just want an installation that stays

ahhh, now it got it. You dont use the same method like CubPilot - you did modify the script, right? I just did use his script/exe. Let me see if Im able to modify his script then... :) Edit: Found your script lines. However, the script doesnt run yet for me. Looks like I did sth wrong. Should be a simple task to fix it..... Edit 2: Didnt run the new exe as admin. Fixed. Thank you Polaris!

I need to specify my quaestion concerning "using the pinky lever on the left throttle": Id like to know if this is the "lever" you talk about your installation instructions for shifted commands. First I though you use the pinky lever on the stick but you use if for TIR5 control (which I adopted - great one!) and I think you wrote to select the first device in the control options of DCS for setting shift button which would be the throttle according to your instructions acccording to your deviceID. However, in your comments here in post one you say "b. Lever switch on the joystick always acts as a modifier/ shift key." so it should be the stick. But wont this interfere with your TIR5 control? This way TIR5 should go into pause when pressing a shifting command, shouldnt it?

Thanks for the great compilation! Installed it together with AutoHotKey and now I ll give it a try. Just seom questions: 1. Why do some Profiles have to be Mods? These modules also have input-folders in "saved games". Are there layouts for these too? (I could also use a A10C !C! layout as I am new to the A10 and the Warthog stick) 2. Do you use the pinky lever ON THE LEFT THROTTLE? Is switching commands more easily done with a switch instead of a button? Pinky forward then stays without command? What is this switch used in the real A10C then in the different positions?

Thanks joey45 Soft resets didnt help. I cant do hardware resets because the router is not in my flat. The problem is also way too old to be solved by a reset. This really sucks :(

Update: Even my mobile takes longer to load the website when in WLAN at home than the slower mobile connection itself. So it must me Router or ISP. But what can be done there?

Router: Forwarded 10308-10309 to my IP - both TCP and UDP Entered manual DNS Settings (google DNS 8.8.8.8 ) Still I dont get any servers, login to masterserver takes very long and loading DCS website takes ages. => Nothing has changed. Brand new Warthog and lots of DCS Module and no chance to get online :( What do I need to change if tunnel would work?

Yes Flagrum, thats why I asked for the router passwort of the other family in our house. We are using the same connection. I think I will get it and give it a try. I also opened a ticket.

I didnt feel like opening a tickst would help because my last tickets on the FC and DCS had been ignored for months.
