Been there since 1.12 however as mastiff said it could be a conflict with my hardware mouse and the mouse emulated on the X52. Although if I just move my mouse around it does the same exact thing, and its smooth as butter ifI hold the airplane still and fly straight. its only when the airplane moves does it do this. *edit* tested it out and it seems alot smoother since the patch.

I'm actually talking about the Shkval on the Su-25T. Normally you would lock the ground to stabilize and then move around but when I use the x52 mini stick I would have to fight the direction im moving the aircraft even when stabilized. When using keys or hat switches it doesn't work like that AFAIK.

I haven't tried it out but does it still do the thing where you move the nose around and the mouse has to fight the direction your moving?

I did a test and it seems it's strela's UAZ's humvee's the smaller apc's like BRDM's and BTR's. Strela-1 locks at 2.5nm, UAZ humvee and smaller transports lock at 1.5nm. BRDM's BTR's around 3nm. Any MBT is the usual 7-8nm range lock. Might be a target size issue as the smaller the unit the closer you have to be to lock it.

I can really only speak for the Track IR 5 since thats all I've owned but it is definitely smooth. definitly worth the price.

I noticed that when I use adaptive antialiasing only the actual planes are missing and only for the default models. I install the simmod A-10 and gys's F-15 and they work but the stock models don't. Bugged the crap out of me when I took off on the 104th server and a bunch of missiles go flying past me, I thought it was a flock of birds. :megalol: this was with 10.4 WHQL and a 4870.

did you try coalition message under actions? I'm not too handy with the mission editor but you could prolly do one for both sides assuming that works in multiplayer. Should be easier than having one for each client *edit* sorry I reread your post and your asking how to set it up to display the message every 5 minuites? I would assume it would be continuous action, time more, coalition message. set time more to 300 second for 5 min intervals.

Was trying to make a video AAR of the second mission in the A-10 campaign. Mostly its just some clips of me taking out targets, with the AAR written down below. I'm not quite great at this stuff but I thought I would share. Also I will upload the track as well so I can get any feedback on what others think I could do to improve. A10 2nd mission2.trk

Yeah I know there is a laser designator seperate from the one on the weapons control panel. It says in the manual that its for buddy lasing I think. I can think of a few scenarios where it would actually be useful from a tactical standpoint and not just a coolness factor.

I tried that and it was a no go. *edit* I tried it with a new mission and it did work. Anyway I can change the replay I have now so to allow switching external views to other planes and missiles?

Nobody has this problem? Should I try to reinstall FC2 maybe?

I had this problem with my regular X52 and I made sure it was the right plane as it was the A-10A. What I did to fix it was just unplug the X52 from the usb port and plug it back in and somehow the rotaries worked after that. this was in W7 x64

I'm trying to fraps a replay of one of my A-10 missions and im having trouble with a couple things. First im trying to switch views to another aircraft as well as ground targets. The normal mappings aren't working. Also I am trying to use the weapon view and the weapon to target view. Neither of those seem to work. The only views that work for me are external, chase, F4 and control+F4 and F5 view. I was going to try to change the bindings but I don't know wether to change under free camera or the specific plane im flying. Any help is appreciated. *edit* I probably should have been more clear. I can hit F2 and view of course external of the plane however I can't hit F2 again and go to the next plane and so on. Also when I hit F6 it just doesn't track the missile or bomb.

I would also like to give a big THANK YOU to ED. The quality of your work is always top notch. Just bought FC2 and its almost like an entirely new sim.

Just kind of curious but do you plan on releasing FC2 on Direct2Drive like Blackshark for Paypal customers? Congratulations as well on releasing FC2.

I'm wondering if it might be because I'm the host. Maybe if im the client I can do it. I'm gonna give that a shot I guess.

Hey I'm just wondering if its possible to record a multiplayer track in Lomac 1.02. I've tried a few times and everytime when i go back to watch the track I end up in control of the plane with nothing else in the game.
