I don't know if the subject has been discussed. Before the democratization of drones and the quality of satellite imagery, the air force performed reconnaissance missions. Would it be possible for modules to adapt reconnaissance systems on their aircraft? It's very complicated to code I imagine because there are many parameters. EA would be the first to propose it. But it will bring novelty in missions or campaigns. The recognised area will have its file saved to be used as in real life for future missions. For the mission editor, it will be necessary to have start and end markers for the recognized area

Hi Flappie, I have been using the UH1 for a long time and I know both types of aircraft - I only fly realistic - So far it works but I would like to understand why - I have the impression however that it is not stable and that it can happen again. For the moment it's holding up. Thanks lot, not easy to help with distance. (PS: I am on DCS since 2018 and the UH1 is the first module)

- unisntalled and reinstalled UH1 - repaired DCS - I tested it with the engine off, devices work - I tested engine on devices don't work - I tested engine off and throw automatic start sequence - so works at the beginning then no longer works from 40RPM and full throttle!. - I tested manual start up, works. - i tested after on server, miracle! works - don't know the issue and hope it is good now.

The controls in the settings work well. i can see the movement in the axes - once in play nothing responds. i am doing a meticulous repair. all others modules are correct.

My devices work on some servers - but they are inoperable on [4YA] servers - I don't know why. So the problem is not with me or UH1 but [4YA] server, just don't know why.. looking for ------------------ I have uninstalled and reinstalled the UH1 module, the problem is with me. Nothing work now.

Hello, the problem I'm having is that on a multiplayer server, the collectif doesn't work, whereas on a solo mission, it does. is this a bug? and more, cyclic, gaz.... nothing works? why

Hello, it's not a big bug, nothing bad but to be consistent. In the cockpit the pilot skin is French. Following an ejection, the helmet and the mask are American. thanks

Many thanks for your help Edmuss and Nikoel!!.it is appreciable. I do not use Skatezilla utility and not others. I found a solution that works (by doing tests) - I didn't see any other graphic issue. I unchecked the box in the development tool kit to try - I don't have the problem anymore - I redid the trial with the box checked and the problem came back. so I probably have an old file lying around despite the previous actions so for the moment I'll keep the box unchecked. -

Many thanks Edmuss for you help. I deleted the fxo and metashader files found - made a repair. But still I have the graphic issue. -

Issue with water: I have a Reverb G2 and my GCU is a 3070ti. I have installed openxr but having an issue with water. In the settings, at the low the water doesn't look good, and in the medium or high it disappears like on the picture. Do you have any idea of the issue? solution? In steam VR works well. -
Hi, I have a G2 reverb and am running solo at 45 and multiplayer 30-35 fps - I have 60% steam set, 1 the SS of DCS.

I know that in the mission editor you can choose whether or not to have the JVNs and ground before starting the engine with F10. It doesn't work for me. If I understand correctly, it is a bug that will be solved later (to be confirmed). For the moment the Su 30 is in the garage at home, I'm waiting. It's still a nice project and above all a modern Eastern fighter which is missing in DCS.

Despite the good advice read earlier, I have on my DCS - JVN instead of HMS permanently (in spite of checked box mission editor and request to the ground stopped engine) - settings are SU30 previous version. -I can't see any FCS pitch or roll - the HUD remains locked on navigation even though the radar is on. - no alidade. I'm the only one and if solution?

Hi I'm having a local issue on my simulator - when I select missile tracking, I get a vision as if I have white JVNs... the previous version worked fine. Do you have any idea where this is coming from?

You are right, the AI behavior is not fabulous. I use it to train and adjust the shots. You are also right, the human behavior makes the fight more exciting whatever the level of the pilots and their aircraft.

In Spit I have a convergence between 200 and 250 yard. When I have time, when I am on the rear zone, I prefer to pull when the other plane starts a turn to increase the surface of its engine.... even there the Fw 190 takes a little too well it seems to me. the pilot also.... it is strong but a little too much I think.

Like most of us I fly for the realism (to a certain extent) that a simulator can bring, especially DCS... I like warbirds, but seriously! Even the pilot (indestructible obviously) is as strong as the plane, the dashboard too and the AI flies normally! Other remarks, I do not speak when we must make an emergency landing (with all aircrafts) that leaves no trace on the ground of the slide.... on IL2 1946, it existed, I remember, the dashboard could be destroyed. Comme une grande majorité d'entre nous je vole pour le réalisme (dans une certaine mesure) que peux apporter un simulateur, notamment DCS... j'aime les warbirds, mais sérieux! il va falloir revoir ce problème. Même le pilote (indestructible visiblement) est aussi costaud que l'avion, le tableau de bord aussi et l'IA vole normalement ! Autre remarques, je ne parle pas lorsque l'on doit faire un atterrissage d'urgence qui ne laisse aucune trace au sol de la glissade.... sur IL2 1946, ca existait, je me souviens, le tableau de bord pouvais être détruit.

Hello everyone, when I launch DCS open beta in VR, I have a "window" mode as shown in the screenshot. So, when I click down on the image, I act on the taskbar and not in DCS. On version 2.5, I don't have this problem. Alt+Enter does not correspond to the expected solution (even if it works by default). I have checked the full screen box, mouse limitation in "system" and VR. I have to admit that I don't see how to do it. (I don't want to move the taskbar). - Has anyone encountered this problem? - What is the solution?

Bonjour à toutes et tous, lorsque que je lance DCS open beta en VR, j'ai un mode "fenêtre" comme le montre la capture d'écran. De ce fait, lorsque je clic vers le bas de l'image, j'agis sur la barre des tâches et non dans DCS. A savoir que sur la version 2.5, je n'ai pas ce problème. Alt+Enter ne correspond pas à la solution attendue (même si ca fonctionne par défaut). J'ai bien coché la case plein écran, limitation de la souri dans "système" et VR. Je tourne en rond pour solutionner, mais là, j'avoue que je ne vois pas comment faire. (jen'ai pas envie de déplacer la barre des tâches. Quelqu'un a t-il rencontré ce problème? une solution?
