Is it best to max out preload to reduce access to the drives? What is the recommendation for this setting?

I own TrackIR, Rift, and Reverb. The first two are collecting cob webs. It really depends on what you are looking for...but, if you want to feel like you are in the cockpit, go VR.

@MilesD - Roger. Since I am not as flexible with my twist (and items in the way), I lean in and recenter to get a better view of the switches that I can't get to... Once I select all those switches, I select recenter again to put me back to the default view. Good to know it will work.

What about leaning in and "recenter" to be able to reach the buttons. Would that work with the Pointctrl?

For me, It shows offline but will still update...not sure why. I did have to reinstall the software and the first time I tried to update nothing happened. I then hit refresh and all servers were online and I was able to update. Once I closed the software, and opened it up again, it says offline but still able to update.

I have the consumer version...very comfortable to me. I do not need the capability the Pro has...cable for backpack...etc.

Pro has leather face protection.

Cannot get configuration page (lalt + lctrl + c) to come up. Administrator and plugins complete. The mic issue I was aware that I had to active my HP Reverb. As for the config screen, just had to turn on my keyboard icon on the right side of VoiceAttack. I am having to unplug and replug my USB cable from my computer in order for my HP Reverb to be detected by SteamVR. Has anybody found a solution?

I purchased my Reverb from Amazon. I noticed that you live in Chile, but here in the U.S., it is possible to buy from them.

Most of what you mentioned can be placed on your internal DCS kneeboard. Someone may place a link on how and where to put it. I cannot remember since I am not at the gaming computer. JTAC 9-lines, there is an option for that as well. If nobody beats me to it, I will look for the links.

I would recommend the Warthog HOTAS. I have owned the X-55 in the past.
