  1. Your AoA is too high and the F-16 is landed opposite of the Hornet. Use pitch input from the stick to keep the flight path marker on the end of the runway and use throttle to maintain AoA (should be more like 11 degrees than the 13 you’ve got going in your screenshot, until flare anyway). Edit: I should add that trim is just used to trim out whatever pressure you have on the stick to maintain your glide path/FPM position.

  3. So, I’ve hardly had any time to play with this aircraft yet, but today I was sitting on the ramp with the aircraft all spooled up. I powered up the TGP, switched it to A-G mode, made it SOI and was able to slew it around as desired without A-G master mode selected on the ICP. Maybe someone could try this airborne, because if it works it would at least be handy for scoping things out.

  10. The season is three months long, so I would roughly consider the whole first month “early” (the second being mid and the last being late). So, they have until October 23ish to be on time? However, I’m guessing they’ll have it out before then.

  13. So, I tried a different server and it was a totally different story. AUTO mode worked great as far as release timer goes and all my bombs tracked right to the laser. With that, it seams possible that something server-side can make things not work properly...?
  14. Is there a way to tell what version of DCS a server is running? I wonder if the reason I'm having issues in MP and not SP is because that specific server is running an older version... I'll have to try dropping some bombs in a server I know for a fact is running the latest beta and see if that solves my woes.

  16. So weird. I tried again last night with zero anything to do with waypoints and my bombs are still not tracking the laser and are missing by roughly 100 yards. Yet in SP they work fine...
  17. Roger. Wishful thinking then. It’ll help I guess once we can put the TGP on a cheek station and move fuel back to center.
  18. What Jonnie said, and if your TDC isn’t moving the FLIR cursor then you probably forgot to select that DDI with your sensor select switch.
  19. I don’t know the technical names for the weapons racks, but does anyone know if we’ll be getting a rack that can carry 2X or 3X Mavericks? With the TGP on center and fuel on both inboard pylons it kinda sucks only being able to have two missiles.
  20. What's extremely odd is that while we were talking about this yesterday I was running a SP mission and had trouble with the release timer, but not with the bombs tracking the laser. Well then last night I'm in a MP server doing the exact same thing and the release cue was actually working fine but the bombs just went stupid and wouldn't fly to the laser. Oddness...
  21. What’s the deal then Drac, bombs aren’t tracking the laser? 1. LTD/R armed prior (verify LTD/R arm shows on TGP DDI)? 2. Laser code entered on all pylons with GBUs, matching the pod code (verify code shows up underneath the pylons on stores page)? 3. Lasing after pickle (verifying it changes from “arm” on the TGP DDI? 4. You’re using TDC depress to mark the Target prior to release?
