  1. Thanks Baily. I'll have a look at that this weekend. I'll be sure to share whatever I come up with...... Hopefully a working Herc Profile!
  2. Is there a way to create profiles for user aircraft? I'd love to create one for the Hercules. I use it so little, just when logistics ops are needed, and would love to have all the main controls on my SDXL. Basically I'm asking if users can create profile.lua's on their own, and if so where might I find some info? Thanks!
  3. Ala12RV-Tundra - Would I be able to change the aircraft in the mission? Looking for something to practice AIRDROPS with the C-130 mod. TIA
  4. Enjoying the Anibus C-130 Hercules mod. Since it doesn't tie into radios like all my other planes (sdk issues). I'm told I can still use SRS (as required by my group) but with overlay and they keep saying like FC3. I can't for life get this to work. Possibly: Do I have to purchase FC3. If yes, thanks..... I'm a dumb a$$ and just need to buy it.... Thanks in advance!
  5. My wife screams at me from upstairs when RWR goes off. I keep telling her I have the volume as far down as possible. Any idea if the fix from post 1 still works?
  6. Without even watching the track, you need to release AS CLOSE to 100 as possible. The counter will start out at 0 then work it's way to 100% probability, then it will count down as the probability decreases. AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE to 100 is the ticket. Give that a shot and see how that works! Just think about your example. In addition to your probability of hits, you have a 20% and 60% chance of miss, respectively. Good Luck
  7. I must say that this is an incredible squadron to belong to. Squadrons for all types of aircraft and heli's. I even picked up the huey on sale and the guys from that squadron had me up and running in hours! Never any A$$ Holes there, just friendly people who love to fly.
  8. Your target coordinates will also appear on that same Kneeboard page after the RShift + RAlt + 8.
  9. +1 for TOT
  10. I'm very interested in purchasing one of your collectives. PM sent.
  11. Have you had any further progress on this simpit?
  12. Thanks for the quick reply!
  13. I'm struggling to find out what the difference is between the two. I'm sure it's right in front of me but I'll be danged if I can find it. TIA Bill
  14. Most of all the buttons being on right throttle was my main reason.
  15. SOLVED OK, wouldn't be the 1st time I was an idiot, and surely not the last. Under axis control, there was a nozzle angle (instead of the nozzle up/down) This allowed me to use just one of the engine throttles. :poster_oops:
  16. Hi all, I'm trying to bind the LEFT throttle to the nozzles. I can't quite seem to figure out how though. When I go to control settings/nozzle up(or down), moving the left throttle registers nothing. I know how to bind controls, but this seems to have me stumped. Any ideas? TKS Bill
  17. Wouldn't you need a separate LUA for the AV-8B?
  18. Thanks for the response H-J-P. What I ended up doing was starting over from scratch after reading and reading about setup. Now it works perfectly. I'm currently logging some of the switches and stuff that don't work properly on the AV-8Bwith their fixes (so you don't have to dig into them) I'll get a changelog together for you. Bill
  19. Must be all the airborne sand ;)
  20. That's exactly what I was doing wrong. It was driving me CRAZY! I even knew I had to do it and forgot.
  21. Can't wait till I get better at flying to join one of these events!
  22. AV-8B Receives info from DCS, updates gauges etc fine. Sending key clicks TO DCS does not seem to be working though. My guess is it's something I've done wrong, but unsure. Would you please test on your end and let me know if you have positive results. My Ikarus cockpit is on networked touch screen laptop. Neither touch or mouse click appears to send.
  23. I'm with you for F-16. Simply love the viper. Enjoying your Harrier currently !!!!!
  24. FYI. In reality USMC Harrier drivers ALWAYS wear camo helmets. It's for them to remember they are riflemen first and foremost. Harrier pilots actually train with ground units thus creating the synergy. A ground pounder can always look up and rely on their brother grunts in the sky. That being said. I LOVE to see the helmets skins. Some are really bad A$$
  25. This is great. Been banging my head for a few days trying to figure this out.
