Un-Check "Full screen" in the Options>System Menu. And also un-check "disable aero interface - this will probably higher your frames when in windowed mode.

In the EU you are free to print out and rework a manual for personal use as much you like. Imagine this: My 91 year old grandma is buying a DCS module ... She has a single screen set-up ... She wants to have the manual on her knees wile using the software... So: She prints it out - and she won't ask someone beforehand, because she simply uses the manual as it is intended. Udat, - you already paid for the manual... - and you will pay to make it usable for yourself... Don't wait for a answer from official site... Just print it out - your copy shop can't have any concerns about it. It's 100% legal . Don't get 'paranoid' about copy-protection. You are just using a *.pdf as it was intendewd - and the first purpose of a PDF is to make it easily printable in a form you want.

There was a post that these charts are not very good readable when printing them in a Grayscale mode : Here is a 'how to' using Gimp for a workaround: You have to follow these three simple steps: 1. Change the image mode to Gray-scale 2. Invert the image 3. Change the contrast/brightness A example is attached.

FYI - there was never a single key command like 'M' to switch the mirrors on/off instantly in the A-10C . This is a new feature that came with 1.2.5 for the new 6DOF cockpits - up to now it isn't working in the A-10C.

Google "PVC-Hartschaum" and/or "Forex" I don't know about the price difference - but when it's not much I would prefer the PVC any time over plywood. Cleaner finish of the surface and much cleaner cuttings. Its lightweight and sturdy enough . All what Metalnwood outlined as advantage of plywood in post #2 can be also said for the PVC sheets.
