    PS just got a Razer Tartarus v2 game pad .... it's macros that include L and R win keys work fine with DCS and IL2 ...

    Still puzzling with the gun behavior of the FW190-a8 's guns .... I found one where they function, except that the inner wing and nose guns won't fire, although all buttons and load-outs seem OK: FW190A8-SP-Channel-No Ball Raid Scramble_JJ.miz (there is a boring intro page i need to remove, from some tech default game folder) And this one where though when all is set right and loaded the breechblock lights wont light up and the guns wont fire. JJ-modded_-_Scapa_Flow_1939_-_Gunther_Prien.miz (not my mission, only experimented with runway start and rockets, why 'modded') Beats me and i cannot find out why.

    Nope, i also am pissed off with this ... all of a sudden a joystick appears that has no function in DCS, a Razer Tantarus v2 i just use for mascro-ing buttons in DCS. Disabling it does not help, still keeps appearing right in the middle between stuff i need there, destroying the general useful ones i need to be together.

    just looked at the old version .... i probably tried it when i started with DCS about 3 years ago ... it looks very very useful. Thanks for all your work, Skate. P{S was now looking for a tool to find and organize missions hidden all over the place, like in some obscure folder like some .../tech folder

    As Rudel knows i still have problems with the FW190-a8 and the guns, especially with macros. BTW macros sent from a Razor gaming board work for the Lwin key. I get the guns stand by, firing worked some how 2 updates ago, now they are ready and loaded ok, but the red breechblock lights stay off and the guns wont fire. Ralt or Lalt + Spacebar set or totally cleared does not make a difference. Just set the keyboard binds to default, space bar is involved under stick. Reloaded the FW190-a8 module under full repair. NADA. Must be a bug IMO.

    I have Streamdeck XL working, using system Hotkeys, especially the multi one, but there's still a bug when you use the WIN keys. Some Barraider Supermacro plugin settings i got to work too. Elgato is working on that and sent my test fidings to thei support.

    PS, just saw your remark. The game reacts, only not when using the win keys from streamdeck only. Track posted above, with a first time streamdeck function pressed above it did not work, but the second time yep. Only for the outer wing-guns on my system. Toggle also OK for disarming, seems circuit breakers wont react when checking in cockpit view. Loading guns works only with the keyboard, not via streamdeck, Lwin key gets blocked bu DCS or windows for coming through. Alas the win keys still not function via Streamdeck. Got a Razer tantarus v2, and with it's macros the win keys work OK But now something new: i got the guns all set, but the red breechblock lights wont turn on, an no gun fires at all ... since the last DCS update.

    here is a track, first time activating the guns would not fire, the second time only the outer wing guns fire (as always was with all my testing). Operation Jericho Hard2v25.miz.trk yep, have that installed ... also send this link to elgato support.

    It reads Steam Deck. Seems nothing to do with Streamdeck (XL) harware from Corsair-Elgato IMO. ??

    i am still experimenting, especially to get Sreamdeck working, now in collaboration with elgato. Doughguy's suggestion i must try now. BTW yesterday i took the FW1090 a8 out for a spin with IL2. So much 'easier' to get into some gaming fun LoL. yep, only the hotkeys involving the win keys won't react in the game. Streamdeck sends them correctly out to keyboard-test-utility.exe. BTW it's the same with IL2 Great battles.

    I have Trackhat sensor v2, not use it much but it's installed. The upper switch also moves up with my streamdeck multi action hotkey alright, and set the 4 loaded gun bars ( LWIN+LALT plus 1,2,3,and 4) so that they are full: still won't fire, only the outer wing guns.

    Been busy quite a bit with a Streamdeck unit setup so that guns get setup with one button press. Works for safety, arm, and circuit breakers. But lo load the guns you'll need a LWIN+LALT plus a number. Alas LWIN works only from the keyboard, and Thrustmaster Warthog set. PS this is with a FW190_a8 plane. ADDED, i still can only get the outer wing-guns to fire, not the nose and inner wing-guns .. beats me, and now since the last updates for win 10 and 11, plus DCS, the red lights wont even go on, and nothing fires.

    OK thanks. I am now waiting for response from Elgato-streamdeck, sent them a report from their troubleshooting tool for a specific human trouble shooter.

    Thanks all, one example: i set all the weapons on, safetys & arming OK, CB switches to on, some times the wing guns do fire (after LWIN+LALT+1,2,3,,4 loading), Sometimes the red ready lights won't turn on, and the wing guns then won't fire. After a mission restart or even a game start they suddenly do. BTW the nose machine guns i never got to fire. The same behavior is when i have no mods running.

    i bought this plane 'cos i like it a lot in IL2. But in DCS it seems f.i. the whole weapons addressing IS ONE BIG MESS. Sometimes they work, but more often not, after a game restart with the same mission and controller settings. Of course in RL you got only one chance to fire rockets, but its frustration with target practicing they wont just reload. For an expensive plane module it's a shame that all seem rather unfinished business. I am now really reluctant about buying any new plane module for DCS. Got a few planes on my wish-list, but this selling policy IMO sucks. Also the reason i tested the i-16 trial version, but decided not to buy it having other issues.

    It looks like some livery dds files are installing in a wrong place. Might be also an old mod, the newer ones are supposed to go in the Saved Games department instead of the main game foldering.

    ADDED 2 - Figured out some more. I connected the streamdeck to a Motherboard direct main USB 5Gbps bus (blue, think USB 3.2 v1) and run Streamdeck as Administrator, advice from Elgato support. Also switched off Game Mode in windows settings. A lot of keys now work which did not before.
