Love the skins and great job. Too bad the thread went all Facebook. Knew once the German planes started coming out people would whine about the skins.

With my last post I can't begin to fathom how surreal the WWII theater and aircraft will be all in one.

I know some are against this but I would love a DCS quality IL-2. It has not been done in the DCS manner. It could not possibly be like the IL-2 that is out there now. Although the Oleg one is great, a DCS IL-2 would be amazing.

Outstanding question! To many propeller aircraft looks very similar. They sure are not. I believe those living in that era could really see the differences just like us from the jet era can tell the difference between an F-86 and an F-18. My fav so far is the Dora. For me it seems like you give a little power and she does not want to stay on the ground in any way. It actually feels like you have to force her to land.

Hi Maverick, Could you clarify this? Mine is set to the max ADSL. I remember in Falcon we would, and still do, limit the bandwidth settings. Is that a similarity here? Thanks!

I had the same issue last night. I reset my router, checked port forwarding and the same thing. Now I am having consistent connection interrupted right from the start now.

You can run a server on a crappy machine and have great results. I don't do that now but I started that way. I would not run both on one machine. I agree with JayPee but my mother-in-law is super hot.

Here is your modified monitor file. I left the MFD lines the same. The names match in both the init file and the monitor file. Backup! BigScreentest.lua

I have looked at all your files and they do not have the lines for exporting. Also your monitor config file is looking for exported init files and is not finding them. I am going to modify your monitor file to match the files I posted earlier. Backup all of your files so you can revert. This looks like a simple fix. Working on it now....

Zip up your init files and your monitor files and attach please. I will look at them. This is the file structure from my batch file FYI.

The monitor under my big screen monitor is 1900x1200. Same with the two wing monitors. I have a little USB monitor to the left that I use for movies and TV. Getting DCS to export can be tricky but once you have the files you have the solution. A key, that is not fun, is understanding why the files work. There is also an export file that is called multiexport as a place holder. That will export for A-10 and Ka-50 without having to switch them out. Once you are steady I will PM you my batch file and you can modify it to your needs. I must warn you that if you mess the batch file up you could cause some serious problems with your DCS. If you are not comfortable editing a batch file then just do the crossovers manually. This week or weekend I am going to film a start up and roll out just to give people an idea of what I have done.

Jar, Did a lot of solo flying with the A-10C using the VNAO MGRS maps. I was at 12k flying in a clockwise pattern to keep the TGP clear. That is a real asset when FACing. The issue I saw right from the start was the TGP did not show the buildings from that altitude. Without that I would not be able to give a good talk on using landmark references. Using the TGP and the Mk-1 Eyeball I could get a true look-down of the target area. This could only be accomplished provided SAM/AAA threats are knocked out. Just thoughts....

Everything is maxed. Sliders are all the way right. I get about 25-65 FPS. The two center monitors are on one machine and the two sides and little movie/tv monitor are on another machine, networked.

Saitek Switch Panel. There is a program to allow the use with any sim, not just X-Plane or FSX.

I demand special smiley faces and flowers!!!!! Seriously though, thanks for that info. Really want to get back into this.
