  1. It would be great to have a simulated CAG Arm/De-Arm function. They arm the forward firing ordnance (FFO) just before launch. What if: You could go to the \ Menu and select Arm FFO? And then: Your FFO would not work unless you had CAG Arm/De-Arm pull the pins, move the arming handle on the Winders, and other stuff, simulated of course.
  2. The parking at the Conventional Ammunition Loading Area (CALA) should be outboard. This prevents Forward Firing Ordnance (FFO) from launching into populated areas. Should there be an explosive mishap, it would go into the berm. There is also a Helo CALA that has no assigned parking. Just food for thought. Not a big deal at all but why not make it right?
  3. Interested to see how this will work for you. I wish you the best!
  4. Stunningly brilliant! My wife and I are fixing to do the RV thing for a few years and you, my good sir, have given me hope. Thank you!
  5. Even moving it up or down slightly can make a difference. :)
  6. Just a side note. I fly FSX with VR. I am also am in the middle of getting my PPL and flying in VR makes a huge difference in real life flying.
  7. The Helos seem like they were made for VR. Truly amazing.
  8. Hmmm, my system matches yours and I could never get that. :(
  9. Yes. Didn't mean I wasn't going back ever. Wrote that on the fly. Meant I would no go back until I learn it. Thanks for the advice!
  10. I went into this bigscreen room, I guess, and there were a couple of people swearing and being very insulting. Am I missing something? They were saying things like, "Scooternutz doesn't give a ****." and other things. It was really weird. This was as soon as I entered the room. Again, very weird and I won't be back to that application.
  11. Give me smooth lines rather than weird lighting any day. The jaggies are so ugly. Hoping for fixes soon. :)
  12. I'd buy it in Pre-Pre_Pre Alpha. Same with that Harrier.
  13. Ah, Duxford. Back in 1985, my father was stationed at RAF Mildenhall, we went to Duxford and we got to fly in this very old fabric covered airplane. It was only a short flight but I remember it very well. I just cant remember the aircraft type. Great place to visit. Edit: Found It!!!! The De Havilland Dragon Rapide! They still give flights in it. I can't believe it. I went to the site: http://www.iwm.org.uk/exhibitions/iwm-duxford/flight-experiences
  14. I have had great success with it. As alluded to, the parameters are concise as I imagine they were in real life back then. The one thing I notice is the lead is the only aircraft that opens the bomb-bay.
  15. I probably missed this somewhere. Is there a way to get the AI B-17 to bomb? I have tried in the ME and can't seem to get it to work.
  16. Deferred Shading is off and I have the same issue. Repairing did not work for me.
  17. Always have the M&P handy. Never know when you will have to bail out behind enemy lines.
  18. Pilots, I used to fly with three touch screens with HELIOS. Flying in VR, it was very difficult to use the touch screens. I was introduced to this company! http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/ I have one already and three more on the way. It plugs in with no issues and DCS picks it right up. See photo. Check it out. It makes a difference.
  19. Does anyone think that we could move to a dedicated thread for just MOOSE GCI and CAP? This thread is 103 pages already. This is going to be huge for Normandy!!!
  20. Thank you so very much! I am going to start studying and watching the Youtube on MOOSE. I am just fuzzy on that external program to prepare a mission. I will get it. Again, thank you!
  21. I am interested in figuring out a replacement for GCI-CAP. I just don't understand the MOOSE at all.
