I have readed in teh russian Forum ( cant remember where ) but all the gauges have to be made again in a trully 3D pit I have tried the arguments beforo justo to see what they do unfortunely i dont take notes from that :( And Strike not only gauges everthing that moves are controled by teh arguments including the JoyStick

It is because the real foto are in angle..... i can say at least at 25 degres....you can denote that looking to the wireframe on the canopy... You can also see the BIG diference if you look at the end of both wings...the left wing is much more LOWER than the rigth This diference is very ner to the diference between the MODEL and the real one

G do you know if the same tatical use with the Derby can be employed with the AIM-120 ?? I Mean the AWACS pass to the figther the enemy position and so the from this point the figther can launch the missile and update its course with datalink based on the info he gets from the AWACS ?

Force we dont have any USA bases in Brazil... The range for the F-5 is not bigger then the old version...ai dont think it can be more then 500 Km to 600 Km Actually the FAB is choosing one yet they have made some tests with the Derby but other options are being avalieted ( Darter ) the AIM-120 was descarted because the USA dont release the source code to Brazil and the integration have to be made by USA people About the A-A threat i dont like those SU near in an certain contry :music_whistling:

The size of teh radar will not be a problem in this case because the missile CAN BE FIRED with the use of the R-99 In others words the missile can be fired even if the F-5 radar is off the R-99 will pas the info from the target to the F-5 computers and from there they will update de missile direction by datalink And i also get the data from the radar It uses the Grifo X Look-up More then 39,8nm (73,6Km) Look Down/Shoot More then Down 27,5nm (50,8 Km) This info was collected in the LAAD cya

rattler the typhoon was not designed to be an stealth aircrafth it has stealth caracteristics in the FRONTAL aspect only The F-22 was planned since the begin TO BE stealth in all angles not only in frontal engagements You ask for stats but you know THIS stats are confidencial....but the information the typhoon is not STEALTH is avaliable over the net

No the CRUZEX its is not scripted...the forces dont know where the figthers are or even who is flying at the moment. To be more precise te pilot stated 2 (in a interview on a Braziliam Mag)missiles are fired at him the first one pass very close and the second one got him

Sorry G ...but i have an interview from the pilot in a local magazine and he cleary state he saw teh ENTIRE engagement and he know from the start he would be hit. But he let some dubious point in HOW the defense could obtain a Lock on him
