Brazil is choosing AGAIN its next figther...and the SU have low chances because of its maintence costs and others facts much more deeper than we know ( read others politics situations :smilewink: ) We have very good relation with France and an RAFALE choice can be used to both forces ( Air Force and Naval Force ) This choice is very well suported by some persons at the congress AND the Mr Mauricio Botelho ( ie EMBRAER OLD PRESIDENT ) is being considered to be the new Ciency and develpment minister and guess what!! he love the France :smilewink: But in Brazil the Air Force Generals dont lile France option ( RAFALE ) so we really dont know where this will end

One missile can have multiple warheads.....at least 100 km of altitude can the patriot hit the target before it release its warheads ?

he will never surface.....he will use the snorkel...and it will be 250 nm in the worst scenario ( only 50% batery charge remaining ) i really doubt anything can pickup the snorkel so far away the sub after that will need aprox 5 hours to fully recharge its baterys PS: If the target was the carrier how the E-2C will land or takeoff if there is no more carrier :)

Ok IguanaKing but even if we are at war an diesel sub can sneak in from 250 nm ...hit the target....then sneak out another 250 nm before he need recharge the batery....IMHO this is a LOT of space to search for in an 360 degres possible directions..... AND it have been done before in an NATO exercecise with full scort (AIR and NAVAL )as it should be in real war scenario

Humm i dont think so...they wanna Fuel Cells because they have being beated in all exercises by Diesel Subs. Btw Fuel Cells arent new....i have friends working in car projects with fuel cells...BUT the germany project is the best in the world rigth now...this is the other reason so many wanna put their hands on it

The latest CRUXEX in Brazil was in the beggining an no scripted exercise..BUT after the F-5BR start to riping off the Mirage2000 from the sky they hev being ordered to lost PS:The mirage was ordered to fill the GAP to Braziliam Air Force until a new figther was selected, and after the firsts combats some people ( POLITICS ) start asking this to the air force "why we are buying the MIRAGE if the F-5 is beaten it every time?" So guess what ?? ;)

The first day we saw a tactical nuclear warheads be employed.....the no proliferation agreement will BLOW And we will see every contry in the world start to develop warheads :(
