same without VR also. CTD is an issue in 2.7, I have ticket running. not one mod installed, actual drivers as before. Only thing changed was EDs buggy release. Can play 5-20 minutes, or even longer - CTD... no other game is that unsable actually.

As here is no help except the beginner tips I opened a ticket, but thanks anyway. The log is above, the crashes come random. never happened before in 2.5.6, and system is unchanged. Il-2 and Elite run for hours without any problems. The only thing changed is ED ....

me too, just tested a few stuff, as the hind short, saw the MiG-21 & Su-25 are still bugged and went off for Il-2 again. ED is crap atm with this ignorance of known bugs.

Drivers are up to date. ctd is since "stable" moved to bugged 2.7. no problems before. OB actually the same, since new patch today. Other games (Il-2, Elite Dangerous) no problems. Only DCS.

Is there a manual update coming? I mean, its nice to get new features, but undocumented this is ... not good.

cool, with the new update of stable to 2.7 this now means that the Su-25T is no more playable, as the reflections in the HUD are now in stable and in OB - Is there anyone in the Dev team doing checks before launching known bugs? *correction* it is the canopy behind the HUD that mirrors the stick which is even more crazy.

2 months [TM] later… still same problem. Also in the MiG-21, can’t see a s**t depending on time and weather. In the A-10A it’s fixed, when will this crap be fixed in the rest? Hopefully before 2.7 stable release, as by now I personally chose stable actually.

if you think it is realistic to have a reflection of the stick in the hud - well, ok.

...sometimes I wonder how they manage to fix 1 thing and break 3 on the way - but I think this is simply due to lack in testing - we are the testers... (Firing up the stable steam version that still runs without issues)

Same here actually the Stable / Steam is running still and the OB just starts and disappears. Thats why I will keep the Steam as Stable as long as possible....

I bought it as I love the Ka-50, but I stopped playing it actually as this campaign seems like a softy lully and designbugged thing. Thats just my opinion, the Republic was tough shit but extremely cool - I hope the guy who made Republic does another one. Medvedev / Deployment were also cool, as also some of the stuff on userfiles campaigns. The advantage there is, when they are old you can fix the problems in the editor yourself.

they should simply put an option for all modules to switch reflections off, as they did in some modules already.

I tried it also, the campaign needs update for new weather effects; if you watch the original intended weather on mission 2 on yt for example it's totally clear - some clouds, but not a foggy mess where you should do CCIP... impossible.

if they make a full model I would buy it instantly. Edit: in every company there is data loss sometimes. Who tells else is not working a company. Where humans work there is error, but today everyone tries to prevent to be perfect... I even had some tome ago a case where a server & the backup (hot) server due to program failure both were killed. Nasty, but can happen. If then for any reason the backup of before is corrupt or not available - thats it. Can happen everywhere. Just google "fails" and you see what humans are capable of...

Same here. I made a separate custom setting for VR now it works fine. But the fps in VR is compared to IL2 crap. I7-9700K, 64GB. M2, RTX2080ti, HP Reverb G2. Acually I play 2D in DCS and VR only IL2, I dont want to set all things to low, especially ground clutter etc as I play mostly choppers.

same in the Mi-8 when firing guns. Tacview is off.
