  1. Just curious, if you've your new computer up and running. ;)
  2. @Dustoff74 - pm send :smilewink:
  3. Thank you all guys. @EtherealN - Thank you for your help and the in-depth explanation about the difference of the cpu's.
  4. Hi, Im really enjoy DCS: A-10 but i like to have some more fps / smooth gameplay. The best upgrade would be i7 system, but i would be to expensive for me right now. Therefore i'm thinking to buy a quad core cpu, the Q9650. But i'm not sure if this will preform any better in DCS: A-10 then the Duo E8600 cpu (oc'ed to 4.0 Ghz) Would it be a waste of money or will it run DCS:A-10 better then the cpu im using now?
  5. I was also curious about the performance if i went from a dual to a quad. After reading this topic, i will stick with the computer i have now.
  6. Thanks Bahger, i will dowload the mission when im back at home. I had fun with the beta version so i'm looking forward for this mission.
  7. Look in the directory were you have installed your TrackIr driver, there will be a map called "profiles".
  8. Thanks Jessi1. You're right about those fuel flow switches, those were still standing in position "override". (I forgot) But when i place those fuel flow switches in position "normal", the problem still occur. But thankfully i've found the problem. Normally when i was trying to starting up the A-10, i put ALL the switches on the Warthog throttle backwards. There was my problem, the L ENG OPER switch and the R ENG OPER switch must be in the middle position, before starting the APU. Like this; If i have those switches backwards, like this; the right engine will build up pressure when the APU starts. (fail) My thoughts were, if the L ENG OPER switch and the R ENG OPER switch are in backwards position, the engines are "off". When the APU stabilizes and you turn on the APU GEN PWR to on, then you switch one of the engines to "on".
  9. Ok, it also happens now in SP mode. In the option menu, the "Synchronise Cockpit Controls with HOTAS Controls at Mission Start" is checked. When starting up, i set the throttle over the "hump" into the "off" position. Normally when the APU stabelizes, i will turn on the APU GEN, pull throttle of the left engine over the "hump" and push switch L ENG OPER, like its written in the checklist. I've now a track of it, of wat happend. (i left the whole radio setup out of it) I've no idea / clue wat i'm doing wrong:( Startupfail.trk
  10. Atm im using the checklist from the 25th VFS, for starting up manual. In SP mode i have no problem so far, but when i try to starting up in MP i have. All switches on the TM Warthog hotas are in "off". Throttle stands in "off". Doing everything the same as in SP mode, but when i start up the APU, the needle of oil pressure right engine also starts to climb up. The throttle of both engines are still in "off" position. The pressure of the right engine climbs up to 20 PSI. Because of that, the APU slowly climbs to about 57% and then it stalls. Can somebody help / tell me, what im doing wrong?
  11. I went from a Saitek X45 to the TM Warthog and it was worth every penny. Im sorry i cant answer that question because im using the CH Pro pedals for the rudder.
  12. Im looking forward to those shadows in cockpit, but im not sure if my computer has the same idea about it. Thanks ED
  13. I totaly agree. The covers i've ordered, just arrived today. Thanks Ky
  14. Thanks for the warning.

  17. Just downloaded the mission. Looking forward to play this mission. Thanks Geskes.
  18. A few minutes ago i've turned on my computer and the leds of the TM Warthog were back on again.
  19. I've just tried it. After the reboot the leds stays off.
  20. Thanks for sharing Geskes. I like the way you've setup the mission with good intel.
  21. This evening i wanted to fly a mission on multiplay, but after the fifth plane i was able to start up both engines. Because i've still to learn to start up manual, i use the R.Win + Home. Most of the time the Apu runs full, canopy close and after about 30 seconds the Apu stalls without cranking the engine. Sometimes it did manage to turn on the right engine. With plane #6, the startup sequence did not have any problems. (Like the 5 attemps before, i had the throttle in "Off".)
  22. I had the same problem with another mission. Turned out, i had to set the throttle back in "Off" instead of "Idle". Before you start the engines with R-win and Home, push the throttle to max and back in "Off".
