  1. Hi I am happy with my StreamDeck. All I am looking for is a good quality set of images, hopefully with descriptions, so that I can start to create the button images for the StreamDeck Thanks
  2. It might not be the case when it hits the streets, but I am sure they will give us it, the way it should be
  3. Hi All, With the arrival of the AH-64D around the corner, I just wanted to get a jump on the button designs for this beautiful baby I know I can't actually program the buttons themselves with the StreamDeck XL with the great Charles Tytler SD Interface, but I can start to play with some of the replicating of the various mechanical switches and buttons. Does anyone know of a detail image, or set of images that will allow me to start this creation, graphically at least Just hoping someone out there might know of the best layout of physical buttons and switches, that I can get a high level of detail on Thank you in advance Toni
  4. Thanks for the heads up on that Oxman, early sign's are looking good, albeit a little rough around the edges atm
  5. Good video, but slightly off topic
  6. Sorry, yes, both screens appear to be working without incident thus far. I do wish however that I had waited because the second I find out that the AH-64D is released, I will almost exclusively. Hopefully some will come up with a screen surround that will cover 6 buttons on each axis, maybe even being able to use the same screens
  7. Sorry, I just read your thread as "I only know of one, me" as appose to "I only know of one plus me" Apologies I am glad I put the thread out in the first place now, hopefully I have saved some people their money Toni
  8. I was the original creator of this thread, and it all came about because I had a failure of one on delivery initially
  9. Hi All, It appears that no matter what option I select for the CBU-99, I never get the option for 'EFUZ', therefore I am unable to set it to INST Please could someone tell me what stupid thing I am doing wrong? Thanks Toni
  10. Damn it. OK thanks for the info. Scripting it is then Toni
  11. Hi Fellow Pilots, Is it possible, with the right frequency set on console, to communicate with other flights? Obviously we can talk with our 'Flight' through the F1, is it possible though to again through the 'F Keys' request assistance, or order them to engage, say, Ground Targets? I am not referring to other members of my flight, I am talking about me in my F/A-18C, talking to say, a flight of A-10C's Also, I am only referring to me, the player, communicating with other AI only groups in a Single Player Mission that I will have created via the ME Thank you Toni
  12. Hi All, Does anyone know where the file is that will allow me to permanently change the pre-set colour palette options within the Trigger Window in the ME Apart from White, I only use three other colours, and they are non of the standard ones shown, and it is a pain to keep having to put the RGB values in manually every time Thanks
  13. Hi All, I want an AI group to drop their under wing weapons when they get to a certain Waypoint. I have found the 'Do not Jettison', but can't find the opposite Thanks Toni
  14. Hi Fellow Pilots, I run a TrackIR 4 with the option for LED or Reflector. I generally run on LED My question is, would I benefit upgrading to a TrackIR 5 base unit, over the 4. Is perhaps the detection angle better etc, Not that the 4 is bad, I just find it a little twitchy on the left hand side where it is angled. I pretty much have it nailed, just wondering whether to upgrade or not? Thanks in anticipation Toni
  15. Hi Durkin, Did you follow Charles' excellent tutorial guides? -------------------------------------------------- Installation and Configuration - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Switches - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Momentary Push-Buttons - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Image State Change (Lamp Illumination) - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Increment (Rotary Dials) - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Increment (pt 2 - switches) - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Title Text Change Settings - DCS Interface for StreamDeck Button vs Lamp IDs (Common Mistakes) - DCS Interface for StreamDeck DCS Interface for StreamDeck: Display Strings (JF-17 UFCP) DCS Interface for StreamDeck (Advanced): Identifying Module Exports If you have any particular issues, I will do my best to help. I am by no means an expert in any way shape or form, but I do have mental issues that make things like this difficult for me, but I will help you where I can Toni
  16. Thank you Adrian, just downloaded it from the net, Only 447 pages of reading ahead
  17. Hi Stearm.... Thank you for your comments, I will make such a mission and see how it goes Stratos - I will release on completion
  18. Not that this helps you really, but I too use the complex DCS Interface for 99% of the dozen or so pages I have setup. Via the HotKey or HotKey Macro when using commands for like where I have set it up for intent to refuel, or ready pre-contact etc, only saves two or three keystrokes, but worth it Although I do not really use it, the only thing I can't get to work is any combination involved with using the Win Key, obviously I have tried specifying Left and Right, and it recognises the key combination in the StreamDeck software, but refuses to in Sim, like the Auto-Start / Auto-ShutDown F Keys and other keys are all fine in Sim Toni
  19. Not sure I would try the last option on the SA-8 evasion
  20. Really enjoying the first video so far, glad it has sopped its random pausing at the beginning
  21. Hi All, I have pretty much nailed the Ground Attack aspect and flight of the Hornet, what I do not have is A/A dogfighting, missiles yes, but chasing each other around, trying to get a gun kill, or evading something like a missile attack etc etc. The training missions built-in, tell you the 'how to lock.....' etc, but not how to evade, manoeuvre for a kill etc. One of the hardest things is energy conservation/management I have watched so many YouTube clips, but maybe I have not watched the right ones. I have had DCS for years, and yet I have never ever played a single campaign mission, or instant action mission, I have only ever played missions that I have created, where the air work has been carried out before I get there by AI, which are generally ACE Blue AI, versus TRAINED or ROOKIE Red AI I am clearly missing a huge amount of purpose of DCS, and despite the fact that come the AH-64D release, I will be low in the weeds heading towards probably ground convoys and installations etc, I would like to go someway towards knowing how to sling my Hornet about in a dogfight efficiently, or at least the beginnings of it Anybody got anything on how to learn or study ACM? Thanks Toni
  22. Hi Bailey, How would I manage to get say the Chaff and Flare values on one button as you have in your post a couple up from this post; I would love to be able to do this for a lot of the values for my F/A-18C, Chaff and Flare being one combined set, and perhaps Fuel. I have the value for the value of Fuel Remaining, but not sure how you have done it with say the 'Fuel LBS and then the comma'd value underneath. Obviously there is significant amount of data I could display in combined formats as you have done Again, I do not mean to sound stupid, but I just need to understand it once, and then I will have it Thank you Toni
  23. I have selected OpenBeta build in the App, and then selected the modules. I have then clicked on install selected modules, and it is downloading it all from the internet. I thought it searched locally for copies of the files? These are the modules I own; Product Name A-10C Basic Flight Training Campaign DCS: A-10C II Tank Killer DCS: A-10C Warthog DCS: AV-8B Night Attack V/STOL DCS: Black Shark (English) DCS: Black Shark 2 DCS: C-101 Aviojet DCS: Combined Arms DCS: F/A-18C Hornet DCS: F-14 Tomcat DCS: F-16C Viper DCS: F-5E Tiger II DCS: Flaming Cliffs 3 DCS: L-39 Albatros DCS: M-2000C DCS: NEVADA Test and Training Range Map DCS: Normandy 1944 Map DCS: NS 430 Navigation System DCS: P-51D Mustang DCS: Persian Gulf Map DCS: SA342 Gazelle DCS: Spitfire LF Mk. IX DCS: Supercarrier DCS: Syria Map DCS: The Channel Map DCS: UH-1H Huey DCS: WWII Assets Pack Su-33 for DCS World Hawk T.1A for DCS World I just want all of these in Open Beta without having to download them all again, as it is a significant chunk of data Toni
  24. How do I do it in the Skate app?
  25. Hi All, I have a fully populated copy of stable installed, 12 or so USA and other Aircraft, and all the terrains I want to now run a duplicate copy of the stable install, as the open beta. Obviously, I can make a duplicate of the data etc. I have installed openbeta, and then I copied over the terrains and aircraft, but when I then reopen openbeta, it does not recognise anything that I have copied over, and states on opening, that F/A-18C etc, is not authorised and will be disabled Please could some advise me of how I can convert my 400GB stable to an additional 400GB openbeta I do have the DCS GUI Utility, although not found out how to use it for that purposes Thank you
