Hi All, Without setting myself as Immortal in the settings of the sim, is there to make myself invulnerable in just one mission. I guess I can use a Mission Start trigger, I am just not sure about Parts 2 and 3 of the trigger, and what to set Any advice? Thanks

Hi All, Is there anyway to see if a user is still active? I am trying to find someone, who on User Files Downloads, named 'Dusty'. Dusty was the creator of an Airport Listing that was useable for Logitech G19s Keyboard Displays, that would allow you to display all Airport Information on the LCD display. Problem is, it only covers Caucasus airports, as it was released in 2011 I was hoping to try and get in touch, and see if I could at least ask for the source code, so I could update it with all new theatres, with obvious acknowledgement to Dusty for the primary. I am not looking to steal anyone's already fantastic work Just thought I would ask

Hi All, I do not have Rudder pedals, well I have them, they are just not practical to use at the moment. Anyway, I have the Rudder set to TM HOTAS Throttle Slider by Thrust Levers. Everything hardware wise is calibrated, however, when in perfectly level flight, I am always showing a Rudder value of Right 6 on both planes (see attached). Also, just as a side note, might be connected, every time I start a mission, my Rudder starts way off to the right. Even with all controllers disconnected, it starts way off on the Rudder See image attached re the initial question Ice Rhino

Hi All, As you know, the grips on the TM HOTAS are smooth. Does anyone know of a company that does replacement texture pads that can be overlaid in order to provide a rougher sort of texture. I have seen something similar to what I required on the following video; You can see the textured looking throttles in the left had side of this video thumbnail I would appreciate any assistance on this, Oh, If anyone know where to get a good set of throttle uplifters also, that would be helpful too Thanks

Hi Fellow Pilots, Has anyone ordered any of the afore mentioned screens this year, and rec'd them. What was the time period for delivery, I am trying to estimate very roughly how long it will take for them to arrive in the UK, as I think they come from half way around the world in China I am aware that you join a queue of people who have already ordered and therefore there is obviously a wait. Thank you. I did not really want to interfere with the Auto-Start script, I just wanted to set variables whilst starting the mission, airborne and underway Or, did I misunderstand what you were saying???

Hi Fellow Pilots, Does anyone know where a good place to start would be for how to setup the various systems on the aircraft. Very extreme/simple example, say I want the Left DDI on 'SA', AMPCD on HSI with Map off, WAYP on and SEQ1 boxed, and Right DDI to be A/A Radar to be 4B 2, 20 Mile with 80 degree sweep? Thank you, sorted now. I should have known it was that, due to the RAlt+Space being the Keyboard equivalent for Weapon Release, and not the straight Space which is the default Keyboard for Gun Trigger Thanks VpR81

Hi All, I have both the TM Warthog A10C & F/A-18C Joysticks. I do not use the TM Software, and just use the button assignments directly in DCS, and specifically the 'F/A-18C Sim' panel. As you can see from the attached, it is mapped to 'JOY_BTN6'. When in the SIM, and I am in Sim mode, the missile will not launch from the rail. Gun works fine, Missiles, No. Both of the Joysticks have the same issue. I am holding the button 6 in for the required 1 or 2 seconds, but still they will not come off the rail. Spacebar works just fine Please can someone help me with this problem Thank you

Hi, I always run in 'Full Screen Mode' active. I tried it without opening anything else, same, I have tried with and without SLI, no difference. All SLI stuff done within nVidia tools, as obviously DCS has no in-built SLI Management. I just downloaded OpenBeta 2.7.0, and I still get the flickering, only it is only on the sky (broken clouds #8, I think), and I get the same thing, only this time, it is only the sky and ocean that have the flickering. I am not sure on the next statement, but I 'think' the reflections in the cockpit are showing the flickering. The textures for cockpit and supercarrier are 100% OK I find the reflections bit confusing

Greetings Fellow Pilots, Firstly, just to highlight that I am an I.T. Technical Consultant by trade, so if anyone wants to speak in whatever level of technicality, I would hope to understand you I have Windows 10 installed and DCS running very smoothly for months, maybe even tipping over in to the Year(s). I do not use VR in anyway For reasons out of my control, I was forced to create a new Windows 10 Profile, and migrate as much as I could over to said new profile, including DCS Saved Games folder. Everything post-move appeared to be fine, until my mouse cursor wandered out of DCS on to one of my other screens. Immediately, DCS menu screen started flickering furiously. Tried clicking on Mission Editor, went in to it fine, but the flickering continued. Exited DCS, and restarted DCS, flickering stopped, until my wandered out of DCS screen. I know I can use software such as MouseLock to hold the mouse in DCS, but I have reference documents open on screens 2, 3 & 4, as well as TacView etc. I have never had this problem through years of DCS on this system. I also do not get this in any of the normal games I play. I just want to get back to full working DCS Flight Combat Simulator as quickly as I can I would appreciate any assistance on this issue to get me back to where I was Thank you in anticipation of your valuable assistance Toni Carrera aka Ice Rhino
