Hi All, When I use the 'SA' on the left DDI, I am missing the bottom right hand information relating to BRA etc. I assume this is perhaps due to an advisory message on the left hand side of the screen, but I do not know how to get rid of, or supress it Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated Thank you

I did try to follow several guides for the setting up of OvGME, but it just seemed to screw things up rather than helping. I know it is the best way to manage add-ins, custom stuff, but I must have screwed something up, I will try again at some point In the meantime, thank you for your suggestion for resolution, I will try it later on Again, my thanks

Hi All, What is the procedure if I wish to reset by F/A-18C back to defaults with no mods, but I wish to retain all controller settings I do not have any mod manager in place, so it needs to be a reinstall or whatever is the required procedure to be done Thank you

Yeah, the racetrack option was not there, but maybe I need to add an additional waypoint to make that option appear Thanks

Thank you for the response. I do have a DarkStar roaming about and three different enemy Track and Search Radars, which I was using for HARM practise and then just saw his video and thought I would add an AWACS and three unarmed Hawks to come at me, just so I could test it all. Even though the AWACS is within 40 miles of me and the Hawks, even AWACS does not see them. My radar does, and they do show on the SA until they merge with me, and then they are gone from the SA Anyway, I will keep persisting and also see if I can find a training mission to use Thank you for you advice

Hi Fellow Pilots, I have just watched a video by Matt Wagner (2019) regarding the apparent awesomeness of the DataLink capabilities of specifically using it in the F/A-18C. I know it is available in some other jets, but my question relates to the 18. Do you need to fit a DataLink Pod to the aircraft, or is it built in. I only ask because either way I have tried, I can't get anywhere near the kind of information that Matt displays in his video. I have powered it on etc, and tried to replicate the mission, but still can't get anywhere near the amount of data. I did try and find a mission tutorial or something that I could run, to see if it is working etc on my system, but could not find such a mission. So, the ultimate stupid question is, do I need to always fit the pod to use one, and then I will try to work out how to use it Thank you

Hi All, I am trying to create a mission that starts with a number of settings activated, such as Auto-Pilot - BALT, and ATC, as well as another settings. Is there a list or file that contains all the Set Command options listed? Thank you

I am trying to configure option 2, and no matter what I do, step by step, DCS crashes just as the cockpit is about to load. Option 1 is fine, but I have tried Option 2 from fresh install of DCS , and still it crashes every time. I have done Option 1 first, and that is all working well Any assistance would be much appreciated, as I really would like the UFC in grey Thanks

I have spent hours and hours trying to get this to work and to switch between them as it does in the jet, but gave up in the end and had to use the keyboard commands on both. Even Charles Tytler could not work it out, and he wrote the interface. My HotKey method, although you have to turn off A/A to go to A/G in order for the lights to look right on the SD and cockpit. If you find the solution, I would love to hear what you did

Hi All, I am building a StreamDeck XL profile. This profile is based on the great interface that Charles Tytler created that uses Device IDs etc to control the various programmed systems directly, rather than using Keyboard Commands/Keystrokes. If anyone is interested, I will document and release said profile if people are interested What I am trying to add now is Auto-Throttle (ATC). I do not wish to just use a HotKey and T, I want to use the correct code interface command Can anyone assist me with this?

I want a 3rd Screen for the AMPCD, but I am not going back to CubeSim So, question is, where is the best place, in the UK if possible, to acquire a working screen unit with OSB's, or I will get another Pair of TM Cougars Thanks

Hi Fellow Pilots, For reasons relating to my CDO, which is the same as OCD, but the letters are in the right order, is it possible to prevent promotion. I want to remain a 'Captain'. I adjusted the lines in the LogBook.lua to put me back when I got promoted, but wondered if the was a perhaps different way to do it, rather than having to edit the file over and over Thank you for your time
