Hi, When I try and load a saved Track, DCS defaults to C:\ and will only allow me to locate anywhere within said C:\ How do I get the ability to change the drive letter that I want to use to 'Open' track files?? I can save wherever I want and do so in to a folder on D:\, but when it comes to opening one from the main Replay menu, it only allows C:\ navigation Thanks in Advance

Hi Fellow Pilots, I wish to create myself a customized version of the VFC-12 and just personalize to my requirements. I want to add things such as the Pilot's Name, own logo on the stabilizers and some other minor tweaks. Does anybody know if the full Template is available for the F/A 18C Lot 20 aircraft, and if so, where I could acquire it? Thank you in advance

Hi Fellow Pilots, I am about to purchase a new Oculus Unit. I do have one question though for those of you who use it Based on the fact I have a high(ish) spec PC, running Windows 10 and DCS 2.5 with all but Russian Aircraft, my love being the F/A-18C. What is the maximum, in theory, resolution I can run the headset at. I despise low quality graphics so just wanted to ensure I am not going to be looking at a terrible picture. Hi Gods of Editing, I was hoping that the 'Prepare Mission' option from the Editor, would allow me to set the aircraft up when then first playing the mission. However, no matter what I seem to do in setting up and Saving etc, when I load the Mission/Play Mission from the editor, everything reverts back to the standard start in the aircraft (F/A 18C). Is there a way that I can set the aircraft up, so that when the mission starts the following settings are already active; Heading set Waypoint active Height Set Autopilot Set for HSEL & BARO active Auto Throttle Set 270kts Can I do it even from some kind of .lua I hope you understand what I am trying to get at Thank you in Advance

Hi Fellow Pilots, How do I manually set the RALT using the UFC. I accidentally managed to get the RALT to come up on its own in the same way as you can get the HSEL to come up using the Heading spring loaded switch above the AMPCD. Hi Fellow Pilots, I have just purchased the Normandy Map and Assets. I was thinking about getting the Spitfire to go along with my P-51D. Is the realism the same in the Spit as it is in the P-51? Hi Fellow Pilots, I have set a Dead Zone of 5 and Curvature of 25, and although it is better, it still feels a bit 'lurchy', for want of a better word. I would imagine in the real aircraft, you would be able to move the stick a few millimeters and and the plane would move a few degrees in whatever axis. It just feels to me that there is no ability to move fractionally. Hi Fellow Pilots, I am sure I watched a Fan made YouTube tutorial on how to get the 18 to automatically fly a waypoint path. I can't for the life of me work out how to get my 18 to do this, nor can I find the video again. I have watched one by the Reapers, which I thought I was following to the letter, and he manages it, I just can't though, despite 50 tries Can anyone help me please?

I have watched a few videos, read articles and manuals I have a WPs set over a 200 mile path. HSI in the left DDI displaying waypoint path, WYPT, SEQ1 & Auto are all boxed. 1. Autopilot Enabled 2. I have set the heading bug to the bearing to the WP 3. HSEL appears in the bottom of the the four in the UFC 4. I enter the heading/bearing into the UFC, press enter 5. AP on and I select :HSEL 6. Plane Completely ignores everything I have asked of it, only thing that works is either RALT or BALT Anybody got any ideas or can point me at an accurate tutorial? Left DDI SS attached Thanks Toni

Hi Fellow Pilots, I have an issue with my throttle, even they are both linked via the bar, no matter where in the range I am, from Idle to Full Military Power, the left throttle is 1% behind the right. This causes minor issues, in trying to track straight level fight and is providing me with Yaw issues. This only happens, or should I say, i have only noticed it when flying F/A-18C Any suggestions would be appreciated Thank you Ice Rhino aka Toni Carrera

Hi Fellow Pilots, I am using a TM WartHog HOTAS. Despite removing the detent at the most forward which has been like that for 6 years or so, I am able to get AB on every other equipped plane, I am unable to get the F/A 18C in to Afterburners on either engine. Throttle mapped correctly the Idle detent works perfectly. Just can't get full power the other end. Anybody got any ideas what I can do? Thanks Toni Carrera aka Ice Rhino
