  9. Double post..............tut tut. I told you how to overcome this problem, but clearly you had difficulties following the instructions? Pop on to our TS, i`ll talk you through it. 'T'
  10. yep. good luck
  11. Depending on your keyboard it may 'look' like it is mapped but actually if you were to clear it and then re-enter in the options / controls setup, you may find it registered as an OEM key. The infamous OEM12 for the Communications menu for a lot of people in Europe. So........................... Re-map the pause feature to the pause key on your keyboard or to another key that isn't being used. The keyword here being 're-map'!! You'll be surprised. 'T'
  12. lol! for "cokacola!"
  13. It will never be back. I'm willing to bet! and even if it did return in some form of lame 2d battlefield control, the whole purpose of it (ie the JTAC) will never return. Of that, i guarantee. 'T'
  14. We all know by public dissemination of information, that the next patch aims to bring about compatability, stability and funability! It's done when it's done. Hey craig. ;-) 'T'
  15. No intention to double post, but i have posted a dedicated thread in in this forum root.. Please post your thoughts or condolences there so that a RL very sad incident doesn't get swallowed up in General Mitiary Aviation topics. Regards 'T'
  16. So true. We don't. 'T'
  17. As some of you may seen today, RED 4 of the Red Arrows Display team, piloted by Flt Lt Egging, crashed today on route back to land at Bournmouth airport. Flt Lt Egging was thrown from the aircraft on impact and was dead on scene. There was no attempt to eject made, and it seems that the skies were clear. Flt Lt Egging was a veteran of Combat Sorties in Afghanistan in Harriers, and a highly experienced pilot. The site is now being investigated by the MOD Air Crash Investigation Team. More of the story can be read here: http://news.sky.com/home/uk-news/article/16053735 On behalf of the 74th vfs 'The Flying Tigers', Our sincerest condolences to Flt Lt Egging's Wife and friends, the Red Arrows, The Blues, and of course to the Virtual Red Arrows, whose pure display brilliance epitomises the respect we ALL have for those that do it for real. Regards 'T'
  18. make sure your 3d resolution is the same as your GUI resolution in the options menu. by default it is not. squished :music_whistling: looks bloody marvellous from where i`m sitting, and i too know what a Bell looks like :smilewink: 'T'
  19. the question truely is, will 11.8 sort out the power on / power off issue with change of clock speeds in 2D mode when using ATI's eye finity with the Active Display port adapter (usually the Bizlink / Sapphire) Answer = probably not. Seems ATI couldn't give a shyte.
  20. panzer - bump
  21. Hi all, Title says it all really. I have 3 x 23 inch connected to a HD5850 using eye finity res of 5760x1080. One monitor on an Active display port adapter (the same on as in this post: http://widescreengamingforum.com/node/11274) and one on HDMI and finally one on DVI. It seems that i am not alone in the mysterious 'on/off' syndrome caused by using the Active Display Port adapter to give eye finity resolutions. http://widescreengamingforum.com/node/11274 Who else is having this problem? From what i see there seems to be no common 'constant' at fault that is identifiable by hundreds / thousands from the community at large meaning that trying to search for one is pointless and i should probably just go back to the single 32 inch! Regards all 'T'
  22. Hi EtheralN. No, that safety net is fine. I have ours set to Kick a pilot for 5 minutes if he has a score less than a certain amount caused by TK's, but what i am referring to is Servman identifying that 'EtherealN is connecting - Ethereal is on the banned list - EtherealN is banned.' Great stuff huh? Trouble is you are NOT on the ban list, well, the Servman Banned list in the serverconfig.lua. Mighty strange unless Servman works with a master ban list somewhere and i didn't know about it? unlikely i feel. regards 'T'
  23. Hi, Has anyone experienced some people being automatically banned from a server running Servman 3 RC1 even if their name / ip is not in the serverconfig.lua file? seems that over the past 2 weeks a few have been banned from our server by servman itself. I would normally post this direct to panzer to address, but have decided to post it here for others to add their observations where servman 3 rc1 is used. Regards 'T'
  24. Yep. Bastion, Kandahar and all the others, never sleep. Super Busy places right accross the board, from personnel to planes we shouldn't even know about (//cough 'cc') Regards 'T'
