  1. Hey Hiob, I agree that using 60w when its not need is a waste. But when using High Performance mode/ Texture Filtering ect. for gaming and even Photoshop or whatever is demanding should always be done NCP Program Settings and keeping Global setting in Default or to the very minimum settings. I think I may revisit gpu undervolting again this weekend.
  2. I hate how the G2 cable material can get alittle sticky at times so I put about 4ft of this stuff on my cable and I don’t feel the cable rubbing on my shoulder, works great.
  3. Well Im just following what I see every VR user is setting their power management at which is High Performance mode. Why have a curve when at load/gaming your gonna be around 65-75c ? What the curve gonna do …Just manually set your fans to 80-85% same thing to the cpu rad fan.
  4. I noticed that in Nvidia Control Panel in Global settings if you have your Power Management mode set to High Performance it will cause high idle temps 56-60c. If switched to Normal idle will come down to 30ish. I only have High Performance modes set only in Program Settings for DCS / VR . Also, I’m not a big fan on fan curves. I set my fans on a Manual percent while gaming/DCS. I have one of the most choked out air cases on the market and the fan curves doesn’t do it no good… up - down up down !!! Manual fans settings does why better in keeping good temps and frequencies stable. Just me .02 cents.
  5. I’m glad it’s working now ! Best Regards
  6. Anybody find a fix to this mouse issue ? I had someone asking about it.
  7. Rgrt ! I’ll be able to test that this evening. I appreciate it
  8. @edmuss - I have anti shake on 0, if that’s the same thing.
  9. Ive been having an issue with the latest runtime with MR, not so much with the numbers but just the overall performance in the solid picture flow and it just turns to a rainy window looking effect even at a solid 45 fps. I disabled the latest runtime and it’s just more solid and doesn’t breakup even when I’m looking at my bandit in a bfm situation. Sorry I’m not good at explaining all this but my rig doesn’t like the new change. I’ve been following the msfs forum to research this weird effect with 112. and it seems people are having issues also and I’m in that club. I just don’t have the time or know how to figure out what the hell happen.
  10. I would try to play another vr game maybe a demo game for a test. The G2 is not garbage I assure you as I’m gonna on 2 years with it.
  11. Great advice in here ! Gpu’s are easier to get now days not sure how long that’s gonna last but I was super lucky about 2years ago getting a 3090 as I wanted a machine based around my G2/ VR. If all possible go for 64gb of ram and the most gpu vram possible as you mentioned vr is in the future. DCS is getting more amazing updates and add ons and it’s worth to say Just Go for it !
  12. Yeah me too. I’m gonna try turning on hags and see how it works now. It’s been disabled for quit some times now. ”Disregard”
  13. This is the main reason why I choose OXR over Steamvr, it’s seamless when this happens on my rig. Im running 90hz w/ MR.
  14. I recently added the Virpil CM2 base and the TM Hornet stick at center my R3L&Viper setup on the right for the viper and I noticed one day flying the viper I was losing the pitch signals and the only thing I came up with is the my cm2 base was to sensitive and moving as I was using the R3L. So what I did is I strengthen my deck with brackets screwed the wall and tighten up my spring tension in my cm2 base so that the Hornet stick wasn’t as sensitive with my desk moving in any way to interfere with the R3L signals. After doing this I have never lost this pitch signal. But yours could another issue. It just weird the the hornet grip work fine and the viper grip loses its signal.
  15. Wait if your referring to a pressure base like the Realsimulator FSSB R3L, no the Viper is no twitchy. Although if you set the Pressure to the lowest values it could be I guess. But I have been flying the Viper with the R3L at around 8 lbs pitch and 4lbs roll And I do not feel the viper having a twitchy feeling.
  16. I'm sure it is but remember the harder you pull/ goes where you point the nose in the DCS Hornet and IRL Hornet , you lose speed and have to gain it back or you'll go defensive/ DIE !. I'm sure the F22 is the same too. Thank god this is just a Sim or I would be replying to this post.
  17. That’s weird ! Have you tried resetting the F16 axis tune in DCS setting ? Is the pitch moving in there ?
  18. okay thanks ! I will soon start to understand all this stuff.
  19. Disregard I found it and downloaded the zip.file and now on 112.2209.2003.0 I will test it now. Thanks ! Just in case someone else needs it here it is. https://github.com/microsoft/OpenXR-MixedReality/releases Just download the zip file and its updated. " Update " After testing this hotfix version I'm happily back to normal / smooth flying. Thx Javelina for having me check. "
  20. My Runtime Version is 111.2208.18003 I thought I updated it yesterday in Microsoft store ... urh ! I'll check again. Where do I get that hotfix version? Thanks
  21. I'm not sure edmuss. yesterday I updated OpenXR for WMR and did an update in Open compsite that's the only updates I did or know to do. I just did a really quick test and turn off the use latest preview Realtime runtime and things seem to be back to normal , while running repo.
