You can get parts from TM. Could just be a bad wire inside that is easy to fix.

So is everyone turning off vsyn from fast to off in NVidia Control panel off now For the time being?

The Hornet Add-on is a super great stick. I would recommend buying from Thrustmaster shop. it look me 3 times to get a good one the first 2 was from an Amazon dealor and the 3rd from TM but dont let that scare you. The third one also had a sticking sensor control left position but it finally worked its way loose and the stick is functioning just perfect ... all switches. you might get lucky and get a good one the first go around Its kinda like the silicone lottery thing but its a great stick and I have mine paired with the Virpil CM2 base and it on another level for sure.

The only way is to go back to 2D. I cant tweak this perf issue out.

Is anybody having issues locking the bandit up in a tight dogfight. I have rebind and used the keyboard command also but it seems that it’s unable to lock for the gun and found myself last night shooting without the computer/target lock which is not a bad thing. It’s not like it’s not working but I don’t remember the Viper having any problem locking on command.

Just a thought but have you got msi afterburner rivatune fps locked at 45 and forgot about it?

Yeah I just tried these setting and you thing I hate is the tree growing out of the ground when diving down from 15000 ft, hate it. Your right I’ll stick with 45fps repo and high settings I guess it’s what this machine likes. @exil are talking about the DCS VR preset setting ?

Nice ! Yeah I turned off secondary and terrain shadows off until shadows gets fixed. I have just the regular shadows/ cockpit shadows on flat and it made a very nice perf deference. Gonna try the FSR preset and maybe use the new cas for alittle bit of sharpening. One thing I learned today is that it doesn’t matter what gpu you have being he has a 4090 doesn’t mean you can just slide every thing to the right especially with all the awesome improvements E D is doing to the sim. I’m gonna retune !

For the Tomcat I’ll be using it for the emergency flaps which works great. Hoping my CM3 throttle comes in soon.

I may have to try 526.47 again maybe today. Had a issue with vram stuck at 70c and idling at 1695mhz /52c even when NCP power management was on Normal and no load. I seen some new features in the control panel maybe I missed something. 522.25 Driver is solid. Its seems that most of these upcoming Nvidia drivers will focused around the 4090 +

Yup turning off terrain shadows seemed to help a lot. Makes sense being that there’s a shadow issue with 2.8 About going back to 2d, I have thought about that too to be honest, its beautiful in 2d and all setting cranked up, kinda make you feel like one can enjoy the hardware in the mode.

I spent all day figuring out the green hanger I thought my gpu or G2 was crapping out on me. So now I can say lol ! Update: all good now ! Relief I don’t have to buy another new thing as I just ordered a Virpil CM3 throttle. Thanks for the file BigNewy Cheers to the team !

Oh my god ! I thought I was the only one, I noticed this yesterday evening all of sudden the hanger is green and slightly green tent in maps. I thought it was NVidia drivers as I went through 3 of them and the was no the case. whew !

Things have to bake ! Give it time.

Damn I wish I was in the market for a new DCS rig, there’s some really powerful hardware out these days. What to do what to do !

Doing alittle research on their site but…is this true ? And I also see folks getting 2 of these and that can get alittle pricey.

Just a request as I see that TM has updated their slew switch but I think if its possible that you can make the Comm Switch, that one gets used alot. My comm switch has a worn out forward position, I would be your first customer for sure, I already have your slew upgrade switch.
