I'm still using the drivers from back in November. they have been rock solid so far. Best one's I ever used. The only ones that did not make something go funky in one of my games.

Ther are some pretty big mid towers too with massive airflow. Like the CM690 II Advanced. I just ordered one and a full lot of fans. 10 in total with controllers. It even has a 80mm fan for behind the MB tray. As for vid card clearence, I should have no issues. You have 12 inches from HD to rear of case. I know a bigger case is good for air flow but the last time I seen a 700/800 case was on a pro rig in a design office where they do building design. That was a massive system. Massive MB with dual quad core CPU's, dual nVidia Quadro cards, 10 1tb hds, 2 120gb sshd, and almost everything on water. Not sure on the clock specs. That thing pretty well filled that case though. But they needed enough power to render the entire structure of a building in 3D. All the way down to the wires and plumbing. that's a lot of stuff on a 20-30 floor building. Then display on dual 32inch monitors. lol People can do what they want, obviously. But, still seems like overkill for a home rig.

Why would you need such a massive case? It seems like total overkill. You are not even using most of it. If you had some crazy water cooling and/or lots of hard drives I could see it. It seems like a case for the ubber systems with extreme cooling systems. And that is not what's in it. Just seems like overkill.

I think you may need a bigger CPU. I really doubt that one will hack it.

The new Fermi cards are coming out in a month or two. My buddy that owns Darkside PC's is getting two in to start testing with. From the numbers nVidia has be giving him, they are monsters. But have a price to follow it. Chepest one is $480msrp. They top out at near $700msrp.

They use those in the dunes to help visibility. If you are about to jump a dune but you see an orange flag bobbing on the other side, you know some one is there and not to jump. That way you are less likely to have an accident.

Nice. I need to find my vid of the creek races we did once. 1 mile of creek bed as fast as you can. 4wd was a must. Couple areas where so deep it hit the letters on the tank of my Honda 300 Fourtrax. Not that it's a huge quad. It actually did the best. The big 600 Grizlies and such are actually pretty crappy compared to my old quad. All stock but the bear claws. lol

That's an oldie but a goodie! We yeall that all the time in coms playing Battlefield. We have a few metel heads in Napalm Cowboys. Until YouTube killed the our vids, we used Cowboys from Hell as our title song in the vids.

When it happens, mine goes nuts. Like looks at a funky angle, and many times locks in that spot. The connection light flashes on the main unit too, like it gets and looses contact with the pro clip. But if I change it to the hat clip and then back. Silky smooth again. this is not a constant thing. It's happeded three or four times so far, but is still very odd.

9 times out of 10 thats because the half the team is camped on the hill sniping like a bunch of idiots.

I crank up the AF to 16X. I can't use AA though. Every time I do all 3D images in the menues disaper. Like the recon screens, loadout, and so on.

How are you getting parallax? The camera veiw comes from a single point. Like a cammera lens. So this should not be happening unless you are wearing 3D glasses, maybe?

The DDR3 is a lot faster than the DDR2. You have three channles of data instead of two pluss ata a faster bus speed. And actually, I've seen bigger boosts in FPS bumping my ram speeds than CPU unless you are making a huge jump in CPU speed. Slow ram can actually bottlneck the CPU, especially on multicore systems. Os for overclocking, the DDR3 can be overclocked a bit and since it's faster, overclocking the CPU will be more effective.

I turned the light behind me off. That had no effect. Only thing that fixed it was changint the type of device to track and turning it back. As far as the plug, I had then both hooked to the same USB port with the pass through dongle that came with it. Then I plugged each into differnet USB ports. No effect. It does not happen all the time. It's totally random though. It either will do it from boot up or not at all.
