topol-m
I don`t know how fast that bird was launched at the F-35`s canopy but having seen that bird chopping piece of the A-10`s tail I`d say it`s not very fast. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Bucic
Believe it or not the tail section of A-10 is probably more prone to bird penetration than a modern fighter canopy. https://akaagar.github.io/briefing-room-for-dcs/ F-5E simpit project https://forum.dcs.world/topic/318106-f-5e-simpit-cockpit-dimensions-and-flight-controls/

Very true, but the tornado is just an iconic aircraft to me because Ive grown up on bases with them. I suppose the old bird will have to be a museum piece one day.. I'd rather we bin the JSF personally and see about getting the typhoon navalised. 1 Intel 5820k | Asus X-99A | Crucial 16GB | Powercolor Devil RX580 8GB | Win 10 x64 | Oculus Rift | https://gallery.ksotov.co.uk Patiently waiting for: DCS: Panavia Tornado, DCS: SA-2 Guideline, DCS: SA-3 Goa, DCS: S-300 Grumble

mvsgas
The must have taken the picture from the C-130, the LEF on the F-16 are pretty much all the way down. Looks they are bout to stall. Nice pic Ross To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Thank you for you patience.
