I'll release the "Pop Up Attack training" mission this weekend.

I'm still doing this "training campaign" with the F14 in mind. So , when the Turkey will be released, I can just change the aircraft and move back all the assetts to the 80's-90's :-)

I'm studying :)

These look awesome. Will i be able to use them in mp?

As for now no.

I was thinking about making a coop version but for doing this I think I have to remove all the custom ATC.

This is something I'll do once all the missions are done.

New version available!

ADDED:

Day 3 - Pop-up Attack Training

Try the Pop-up Attack maneuver on a pre-planned target. Use terrain masking to approch the target and avoid the defending SA-6 and AAA. FAC Bravo 1 will call hit. Once pickle go defensive and avoid SAM launch.

UPDATE:

Day 0 - Welcome to Nellis! ADDED soundtrack music at the beginning

ATC messages FIXED something here and there

BFM, ACM , BVR missions FIXED some trigger errors

I'll have to download this again. I've flown the first couple missions, and the instructions weren't super clear on the sequence of things.

Example, the night escort mission. I had no idea that Texaco was already airborne, 60-ish NM to the North. The message just told me to contact ATC when I was done with start-up, but there was nothing different after I let ATC know I was taking off.

I think you miss how custom ATC works, maybe it's just my fault I did not explain how to deal with it.

If you ever played Baltic_dragon's M2000C Red Flag campaign the system is almost the same, i just made it a little simplier.

Beside this , I'm working on custom kneeboard panels and a Mission Data Card that can guide you through every waypoint.

P.S. on that Night Formation mission , when you arrive at steerpoint 2 , just use AA Tacan 26Y , you will find Texaco on your HSI.

Seems like you've made a lot of effort here, well done. I'll certainly be flying this Red Flag.

Regarding the comms, can I not use Vaicom/ VA for this? I've tried but I never get any responses from ATC. With Vaicom in VR it's a bit of an immersion killer having to press space and seeing the text.

I dont use VA but...I guess if you create a command in VA where it result in pressing Spacebar maybe it will work?

'Spose I should have thought about that!! I'll give it a whirl. Cheers

Sorry to bother you again. Mission 1 - I get the message to contact ATC within 5Nm but only get this message after I pass the runway threshold. Am I missing something here?

You have been instructed by Magic 1-1 to orbit until his landing.

When he lands you are enabled to contact tower.

I've been playing for 3 years now, and I've never done any of the campaigns. I usually fly my own, self-made SP missions. Your campaign is actually the first I've attempted.

Yes, especially if it's built into the knee-board.

Of course, I'm currently workin for readability, that's why it's a 2 pages MDC.

I wonder if there is a standard US Navy Mission Data Card out there, it would be awesome to have it.

All the mission data cards (NAWDC/NSAWC calls them KBCs -- Kneeboard cards) that I've ever seen were custom made with Excel and mission area specific. Strike, CAS, SEAD...all have their own KBCs. I've never seen one available from publicly-accessible sources.
