Erratic communication, to say the least. The campaign is not an identical copy, whoever set it up put work into it and knew his field. Wouldn't be surprised at all if this campaign wasn't just another half-baked (for another word) attempt by Mr Shevchenko.

Have any of the paypal backers heard even a word from him yet?

Why would we? Release is months away. If you didn't like kickstarter campaign why you backed it? I wouldn't ever give my money to project that can't sell their product to me and i think they did really good work with videos.

Nobody in the thread has said they've received any communication from him or anyone else saying they represent RRG.

Certainly nobody who was entitled to any kickstarter rewards right away has received them either.

Edit: Yeah actually they did. whoops.

Still hoping I will get/recover mine from Kickstarter/Amazon pay in.

They just don't bother answering any correspondence, so I can't really be bothered with them anymore.

It's not that he didn't sell his product to me, I funded with $250 when he introduced the digital matrix that promised DCS World P51 keys in October. He sold all right, but didn't deliver.

But yeah, why would you expect someone to stick to their side of a deal?

But aren't you curious to know if it was genuine?

If, by some chance, it were legitimate and you were Ilya, what would you say? ;)

Either way, the best course of action is to let speculation and hearsay set the agenda for the project...obviously.:joystick:
