I know whenever they re-pave my street, my surround sound system picks up their radio transmissions regardless of what mode it's on, I had it on OpticalSPDIF Mode and turned down all the way, and some how, clear as day, you heard the radio transmissions over the speakers. Static in the air or something. I have noticed increased noise in my headphones when I'm listening to music on my PC the last couple of days... I thought I ripped the speakers, but I checked and they are good. so.
