I thought all Russian flyable aircraft in DCS/FC always had a chute.

Mig-29 and all SU have and always had chutes, at least within DCS/FC and I think in RL also.

Edit,

Not including SU-33, I was referring to land base aircraft. I know someone is going to bring that up, lol.

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

I guess I knew it since Flanker 2.0 when I started playing ED's sims. But I did do an exhaustive read through the manual, the tutorials etc. So I kind of was pretty familiar with the key layout and so on for Lo: mac even before it came out.

I just noticed that the chute doesn't get stowed on a rearm or refuel. Can someone verify this for me?

Yep, confirmed here as well, at least in multiplayer.
