Thanks for the tips Ala.  Know what you mean about no Jetseat.  I lost my first one when I moved.  HAD to get another one right away.  Can't fly without it!

Please check in regedit that

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha "Path" is

W:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta "Path" is

W:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta

Gametrix JetSeats thread (in English) ,

Is the Gazelle added yet?

The 908 is rolling in from the East far faster than I thought it would.

HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), DLSS setting is quality at 1.0. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC... Everything needs upgrading in this system!.

Vaicom user and what a superb freebie it is! Virpil Mongoose T50M3 base & Mongoose CM2 Grip (not set for dead stick), Virpil TCS collective with counterbalance kit (woof woof). Virpil Apache Grip (OMG). MFG pedals with damper upgrade. Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound... goodbye VRS.

The Gazelle sings to me through my headphones, will she sing though my butt too or is it just a constant vibration?

You can customize it to what you like. But essenetially you have have the constant vibration while flying. I have all the features turned on which include: door closing/opening, engine startup, Flare dispensing, Touchdown effect, damage effect, vortex effect, and the constant engine on virbration.

 

I find that I can react a lot quicker to a vortex effect and recover because my butt shakes from it.

This Flight Sim stuff is just getting way to cool.

just started to set up the gametrix seat but it does not seem to be connected when I go into the jetseat control panel, I am not sure if windows set up the device properly. any suggestions?

1. Do you have the power plugged in for the seat?

2. Do you see a Red, Green or Orange light on the physical control unit on the seat?

3. Take a screenshot and post it for where your seeing that it's not connected.

Hi Andre,

 

Seat has arrived thank you. Works well with DCS 2.0 but not 1.5

Registry is correct for both versions.

 

Am I missing something?

It appears to be a windows problem as the seat is being recognised but the windows software update fails so the device is not loaded properly by windows.

This seems to be a frequent problem after a failed windows 10 update a week ago.

 

If I connect the seat to my laptop all goes well.

 

Looks like a win 7 clean install is required.... Eeeeew.

This is why I'm staying at Win 8. I've heard lots of issues with usb devices with Win 10.

I've added an express delivery option to the e-shop recently. This time it took 3 business days for UK.

 

Indeed I used the more expensive delivery option in case people start expecting their parcel as quickly with standard.

Just spent some time on the huey easy attack mission. Yeeehaaa what fun we had with our new jetseat. The door gunners are even cooler when the recoil only affects the side thats firing:)
