nick10 Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 Anyone else found their frame rates crash in the 109? Mine has suddenly turned into a complete stutter fest.
nick10 Posted December 5, 2014 Author Posted December 5, 2014 I'm definately getting lower frame rates in the k4. Anyone else?
leapingrodent Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 I dunno it seems ok for me. Are you experiencing frame rate drops in any other modules?
javelina1 Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 my FPS is lower with the 109 vs. the 190. nick10 Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 my FPS is lower with the 109 vs. the 190. Maybe the prop animation? any rate, with a GTX 970, she still rocks. You running just the one card or SLI? Curious. I'm looking at upgrading at some point (after EDGE is released) and am beginning research.
tusler Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 In the past when a module came out with an update at the same time I have run into frame rate slowdowns I was able to cure it by uninstalling and reinstalling the new DCS World version without updates one time and anothjer time a simple repair did the trick. nick10 Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 Funniest thing. I'm running two Radeon 6800s. I disabled crossfire and performance is markedly better. Almost buttery smooth. Very odd!
joey45 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 How do u repair? Start menu > Eagle Dynamics > Repair DCS World Funniest thing. I'm running two Radeon 6800s. I disabled crossfire and performance is markedly better. Almost buttery smooth. Very odd! The old Engine is not SLI / Xfire combatible.. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Random Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Well known issue that DCS hates crossfire. Seems to love SLI though!
Anatoli-Kagari9 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 No stutters at all here. I am also using, for the very first time, Nvidia DSR with a factor of 1.2 over my default monitor resolution of 1920 X 1080. It certainly looks better :-) Flight Simulation is the Virtual Materialization of a Dream...
flanker0ne Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 In single player absolutely no stutter. On the server depends, in the Virtual Aerobatics Server the 109 has continuous stutter while the 190 no. SCOPRI DI PIU': https://www.amvi.it/joinus.php DISCORD COMBINEDOPS The Battle Planning Tool
